Agree. Kevin out and Adam in to approve the decisions if he wants and advice when possible and carry on with his current work until another replacement is found.

Which is why they should be forced to have a major shareholder on the board. Votes are coming in June and they will be judged and we will not fall for tricks. It will be judged based on SP performance. Anything less than 20p would be unacceptable.

Not sure yet but we will find out soon. I think it stated by post or attendence but hoping for an email option as well.

I am glad that Suzy and her team are ambitious but don't run before you can walk.

Grow the company as the SP grows substantially from the current levels. I feel after a 10/11p placing and the number of shares requested that we must all vote no.

We need outcomes hopefully positive, higher SP, Investment from Stella to show true commitment without constant low price dilutions and the first lab to be generating revenue before even considering a second.

Happy to see the company grow and for Suzy and her team to do well but it needs to happen the right way otherwise it will likely backfire and they will be out.

BUT that could be after the damage is done. We are fine and we have huge potential just that we need evidence of SP growth/investment by directors before we consider.

My view is the same Sousegerry:
1) They have not discussed this openly with us and I feel they are misleading us.
2) They are not investing at this moment of time. They should back the idea by investing or investing more.

I believe we can turn this into a positive and get the SP very high by voting this crazy idea down and generating positive outcomes. Happy with growth but it needs to be proportional to SP growth and real growth not just 1p.

I feel Suzy has betrayed us. We have put her in this position with little experience and now she is doing all this without generating any decent positive outcomes/results.

DH It was copied and posted yesterday under the title Resolutions.

We may need to vote for resolution 1 to ensure working capital in an emergency but not resolution 2 and 4 yet. Waiting to hear from Adam.

Regardless I don't expect us to go any lower from here. Short to medium term we are fine then we see how the votes go and what happens.

Lots of news due so hopefully we at least go to 20p soon. It would have been better if they did this later at a better SP and this would have been avoided again it's poor decisions made by the board.

We win the vote hands down but we need to stick together. Everyone should vote and not take it for granted.

Happy with growth but only at the right SP. They had three years and we are sitting at 11p massively undervalued. Deliver first then we are happy to back you or buy more shares. Simple.

We are too small to grow so fast (11 million market cap). We all need to vote no and vote otherwise expect another placing in the 6 months at any price.

My view is to build the first lab, build the SP and if placing at a higher price the dilution would be far less damaging. It's a no brainer but we all need to vote this down in my opinion. Suzy and her team just want to look good on paper and build a company to make themselves look good but they have a duty towards shareholders who have trusted them.

Again Suzy and Co buy more shares as for someone on your salary you don't hold enough. Stella needs to buy some to back the strategy, a strategy they have not discussed with us.

They have not publicly justified it. I don't know anything about all this and it does not form the basis of my investment. I will be voting no and I need a 100% vote to support us all. I am happy with one lab and growth when we are in a position to grow.

I will listen to Adam though. Adam on the board or Stella, Kevin and Suzy need to buy a sufficient number of shares to prove the model is in our best interest then happy to reconsider.

It will come. We need Adam on the board to approve decisions if he wants.

It's our company we should be involved in the decisions at board level. Potential is huge we just need the right decisions to be made. Shareholders and the board should work collectively to build and grow the company.

Growth is fine and as and when placings are needed in the future it should be at higher prices. 11, 25, 40 p and so on. If not then no further acquisitions are needed. I don't believe we need another placing this year for working capital.

For now it is a great buy at these prices but anything is possible later on in the year.

I guess the long term holders here have got the timing wrong and we could have purchased at the current price.

10 million market cap with about 3 million in the bank. Our drugs collectively are worth multiples of our market cap. Great risk to reward short to medium term.

Barcelona evaluation results are due in February and if successful and in SPV it should be worth about 10 million on its own.

The placing was done very fast and without an immediate need imo. This could well be because they are finally ready to launch some fantastic news and they may have the dates for the 201 deal. A great buy for new investors but unfortunately it will be a longer wait for the longer term holders.

HEMO are other small biotechs up 100/200% in days. Good news here now and we really move fast. GL All.

We all would. Adam would get close to 100% unless these lot buy shares and buy big.

Suzy stated that the lab requires additional staff and for them to join and that they need a company with a stable cash balance. It's mainly to do with the lab set up and having a strong cash balance.

You could not get it more wrong about Porky shouting 5 p placing. It's anything but that and I see it as a strategy move before news to bring momentum not that they have run out of cash. The fear of placings was holding us back and would have done just that after news due to market conditions and discounts that we are seeing. Not happy but we move on.

Not much point waiting now to buy in but will Porky back it up or spend the next few years warning us which I suspect will be the case.

To avoid people panic selling after news and perhaps they were slightly short going into the next AGM but not by much so took on the extra now without a significant dilution. Now they would have more than enough time for the lab to generate decent income.

Price is about the same as it has been so it's not really considered a discount. It really is onwards and upwards from here.
