Metom the smartest move is to hold until June obviously if res 4 is voted NO today. No big placings and lots of news due and jobs on the line with at least 1 year cash. SP is so low that it should build strong momentum from here soon.

You are missing the point. They can get the SP to 35/40p with 201 and another valuation and give II for a cheaper SP say 20p. No way would shareholders allow less than 10p.

Besides why are we even talking about this because they have no permissions as it stands.

Common sense will tell you she can't screw shareholders and needs 201 to be concluded otherwise she is out. At this SP you are looking for at least 100/200% rise if you hold until June but WTFDI lol.

Obviously hold Wayne. Like I said lots of news is due and they'll just use some of those shares to buy an asset rather than a placing on the market. That is if what Suzy says is correct but still undervalued and would go past current SP with ease. Also it can be done after 201 at 25/30 p

DIsagree the shares they were requesting were to be used instead of cash. So they buy an asset with shares rather than a placing on the market. They will probably sell it between 10-20p anyway but I don't expect it has a chance of passing.

Fair enough but you need to be quick to get this cheap price if it fails which I am very confident it will.

I agree that this is a big moment. If res 4 is a NO then with them standing for votes in June to save their jobs it's a great buy with no placings needed and a very low SP and lots of news due. As good as a buy that anyone can come across at these prices imo.

Agree which is why many voted down res 4 at this moment of time. 201 delivery will allow the SP to recover a bit then they can move ahead with the strategy.

Anyway expecting big moves from tomorrow and it will send a strong message as well.

It is right if someone is not performing that they are judged but I am happy to wait until the votes in June.

Lots of news is still due and most of us rightly expect 201 to be completed given all the promises made and the reasons why many invested but yet no information on 201.

1) Quarterly update- Imminent
2) Further lab updates to show progress/revenues
3)Potential Barcelona SPV this month. Valuable news which should at least double us from here
4)VAL 201 in the next 2/3 months before the June votes. Highly likely
5)All shareholders expect an update on VAL301 before June given it has been a few years
6) Potential Hokkaido SPV before June
7) Update on VAL 401 before June also likely.

We should start to move up from tomorrow once the votes are finalised. Over 3 million in cash so a great buy. Those that get in early today or tomorrow are likely to see the biggest returns as I expect the price to reverse into a strong positive tomorrow. Expecting 25/30 at least 0p in the next 3 months as far too undervalued.

I think all the holders need to relax. I don't see us losing the vote as I understand they need 75% and most of us voted NO. We don't need to shoot our own holdings down. Plenty here pretending to be holders are trying to create fear so ignore them. No point complaining unless you can do something about it and most of us have now voted.

We have over 3 million cash and no placing needed this year. Barcelona news is due from tomorrow at any stage during Feb, 201 on the cards to complete and lab news to come.

If all goes wrong we can force a change in the board. Perhaps Kevin to step down as from what I understand he is the one behind this buy to build strategy.
