Well at least we are cash rich for another 12 months. Seriously with so many outcomes due including 201 what a fantastic buy at these prices.

We should double on a positive Barcelona outcome alone.

Until June.... Our market cap is just 9 million just crazy we should be 25-30 a good buy.

Lack of confidence is caused by Suzy and her team because they create uncertainty at silly prices and do placings at low prices. The responsibility for taking us back up is now down to them and they need to deliver.

That was the old management. A bit like DDDD which you were ramping at 80p saying it will go to 180p but dropped to 16p before going bankrupt. Val also faced a similar situation with the old management where bankruptcy was priced in but assets were worth 10s millions.

Since then we were stable in the 40s for a long period following the LOI for 201 but a couple of badly timed decisions cost us. If go based on asset values in total we should easily be worth more than 50p but if you base it on the market conditions and the decisions made by the board then 25p/30p should be fair at the moment but more if 201 is completed.

Expecting Barcelona RNS to drop this month and that alone could be worth more than our market cap. All in all a great buy at these prices with hardly any downside.

Lol it’s consensus not Cenkos. Note some of these brokers only do it to get cheaper placings more share issue equals more commissions.

Anyway we have enough cash for 12 months and a 10 million market cap for two phase 2 drugs and CLX001 plus 3 million cash and two pending evaluations therefore we are not fair value. We should be 30p we don’t need anyone to tell us that. We know this already… if 201 deal gets done then more…

City analysts don’t know nothing about fundamentals. They make random guesses Metom and draw a line whichever direction.

30p is fair value in the current market for the products we have.

They probably have six ways of getting the SP significantly up from here and need at least one before June. Regardless we are significantly undervalued and cash rich but the market wants an outcome here:

1) 201 deal to complete before June.
2) Barcelona evaluation to move into SPV due this month
3) Hakkaido evaluation to move into SPV due in June.
4) Large investor TR1 investment/Stella and board to invest or large media campaign to bring new investment into VAL
5) Adam to go inside
6) CLX001 deal before June with decent cash.

Maybe a value adding RNS such as a deal for 401 or 301 update could give a decent rise.

I think her problem is she has Adam who has all the brains but clearly she does not take his advice. She clearly does not know AIM well and therefore ends up diluting at low prices. She should use help when given only from trusted people who want the share price to do well and that would make funding much easier.

Anyway she has chosen this path so it is now down to her to hopefully deliver. I think the 10 p placing last year caused all this when she could have placed around 25 p when we were 35 p and low on cash.

@Porky all your posts are misleading. You only have to read back to your DDDD posts to read through it all. Also you were here telling everyone that Res 4 would pass to mislead investors into selling for personal gains.

DDDD, NYCT, VAL you're still holding down from 60p, INSP and also HE1 are all failures with no successes to note. Clearly you are the worst investor on AIM.

To note the current placing was to cover the lab and all other costs for the next 12 months. No more placings needed and we should be generating revenue in the next few months.

We could get a huge deal for CLX001 in the next 12 months, partnering one of the other evaluations, money from the 201 deal, revenue from the lab would help and out cash burn is relatively small compared to most other AIM companies and not to mention 1 million from Cenkos warrants and further cash from placing warrants. IF we are 50p and need to raise 2 million that is only a 4% dilution lol.

It's clear you want to buy cheap but it's not happening as we should easily double form this price given resolution 4 has now failed.

Give it a rest and spend your time looking for other stocks Porky or buy in and stop being so stingy.

Exactly and with their jobs on the line in June surely we should move at some point. 20 p I would say is minimum. The market might not have been the best but 10p is far too low for this stock and way below par especially with really decent cash in the bank.

They need to attract volume and more buyers. We should be fine but as long as people are patient, we will move at some point.

Well you don't know what the plan was. Maybe the 30 million was mainly for Stella and her crew where they use the cash to buy another asset. That has been stopped so we are good.

Regardless we are clear until at least June so from the current SP we should easily double with any decent news. Barcelona can come anytime this month and 201 I believe will get done before June. I believe we will see 30 p before June.

Happy to buy until June then. No point speculating what they request in June. If we are 30p then request 10 million shares no big deal. Enough cash for 12 months and by then we will get 201 done and cash from Cenkos Warrants hopefully and further revenue from the lab.

Nice clean window to buy and sell as you wish and with lots of news due. We will not be 10/11p for long now.

Leave Porky on his own. He was wrong about resolution 4 and is wrong about most things including DDDD. Seems like he will always be de-ramping lol.

By then VAL would be generating decent revenue. Throw in a few million for 201 and Cenkos warrants and we are cash rich. We then get a big deal for Cytolink with 20 million upfront.

My target now remains at 30-40p short term before June. In June we will see the strategy to see how they modify it....

The path is clear and no placings required for another 12 months or before AGM in June. Surely 201 will get done before the votes in June.

Lots to look forward to before June. A great risk to reward and plenty of cash in the bank. Jobs on the line therefore incentive to do well over the next few months. I

They will probably request it again in June but we got time. We could move to 15-20 p this month just on Barcelona but then 201 can come and we can go to 30/40p before June. The point is that waiting until June appears to be the best outcome and if we are at a higher SP maybe they will request a much smaller amount.

Ells clearly don't understand warrants. Hardly the type to listen to. None of those will be exercised until much higher but the key point he misses is that VAL gets even more cash if they were exercised.

The few extra shares matter not provided we get 201 done and take on another evaluation. The demand will be huge.

I see us at 30-40p in the next 3/4 months.
