201 is actively progressing. CLX001 is as good as it gets. Should be a walk in the park to get a deal for that. Plenty of potential here. Potential is always factored in because otherwise 95% of AIM stocks would be valued 0 and you don't go from 0 to 500 million in one day. Maybe in your book.

Bottom line when news comes people like you will just watch this fly. 10 million is far too cheap however you value it. Whether one thinks we should be 20p or 70p I don't see much justification for us being at 9 Million with all that we have.

Well at 9p put it this way we will not open anywhere near this price when it comes. Remember market makers dropped it on open for each delay by like 20-40% each time just for a delay. At this market cap we could open at 25p easily for 201. I guess you will be jumping in at that point.

Anyway Barcelona should more than double us if successful as expected in the next few daays. A great buy with such a low market cap and cash for another 12 months.

Even Adam says it DDDD and the drugs they have what a laugh. Those drugs were worth jack. The science was crap. Nobody wanted those drugs not even cheap.

Just to note VAL's strategy is to out license all compounds from pre clinical stage so it's not relevant to say how long it takes to get to market. It all gets priced in and we all know that you can get a deal worth 100s million/ billions at pre clinical stage with very large payments.

Suzy is looking for an early deal. CLX001 I have watched the video and noted the science and test results so far and the way the peptide targets cancer cells is breathtaking. If I was AZ or any other large pharma I would pay 50 million upfront plus 100s millions in milestone payment for this right now just based on early results and the science as the potential is huge and the science is amazing. No wonder Zia Ahmed joined us to manage this project.

Also to point out if commercialisation was all that mattered then most AIM companies would be valued at zero.

Anyway with a market cap of 9 million and 9p share price I maintain at this moment we should be at least 35-40p even BEFORE 201 deal is finalised or 201 deal. I have given my reasons why in my last post.

You can't have a fixed valuation in any company but you work based on past prices, comparables, results and potential.

VAL 201- reached 74p just on 201 results with no hint of a deal. Again leading up to the deal for 201 it reached 65p. NOTE we had ZERO projects in the evaluation stage and ZERO in preclinical apart from 301. Yes it dropped because we had no financing and it got delayed again and again which is partly why we are where we are. Also dilutions not factored in but that is only about 30 % so not much.

We have spent 10s millions on VAL 201. We have gone past pre-clinical stage and phase 1/2A clinical trials and previous results of 52% are very promising done at low dosages even if it was only in a small number of patients. Now the most difficult part to progress any promising drug is financing. If we get confirmation that we now have funding for the trials then we need to factor in previous results and potential. We all know cancer drugs can cost many thousands per patient. It brings in huge revenue not like many other drugs treating other diseases.

Therefore factoring in financing for larger trials, past prices and potential it's fair to give a valuation of about approx 30 million to VAL201 if a deal is confirmed. Look at Synairgen valued at 300 million for phase 2 trials which then failed. Not saying 201 should be valued the same but when patents are sorted it really will have huge value.

The science is top shelf. Nothing like it. I'll leave you to watch and understand it. Again if you look at comparables for the pre- clinical deals then you could look at something like SAR that was worth 300 million or HEMO that has hit 50 million and more. Obviously the compounds they have may be further down the preclinical stage but I am not indicating we should be 200 million based on CLX001 just yet. The figure Adam stated in his opinion at least 10-15 million upfront plus 100s millions milestones at this stage makes sense.

Therefore just for CLX001, 201 I feel we should be about 25-30 million market cap that is 25-30p minimum without 301 or any potential for evaluation drugs. If you include that then a fair price is 35p at the moment. If Barcelona comes good then another minimum 10 p so 45-55p and if 201 deal is complete irrespective of patents then 70p plus with Barcelona. All without 301.

Ultimately the market will correct itself.

At 10p it's a brilliant buy. No real downside as long as one can be patient. With cash for 12 months it's a brilliant buy.

Agree. Think logically. We have CLX001 which is worth at least 10-15 million at the moment which is more than our market cap. We have 201 you can't price that at 0 p with a deal or without but despite that if a deal was concluded it should at least give 30 million to our market cap. Then we have Barcelona due in the next few days and that like CLX will bring another 10-15 million to our market cap. All without 301 and 401 as well.

Note further successful progression of CLX001 in the next few months or a deal can easily increase the value of that alone to multiples of our market cap.

It's no wonder people want to load up for cheap and are deramping. The reality is Barcelona could come tomorrow and we could open at 15p and move to 20-25p.

We also have a lab so potential for revenue and 3 million in cash. My guess is between 30-50 p before June depending on 201. Suzy feels that we should now be heading in an upward trend and that to me indicates Barcelona will be successful.

The smart ones would ignore the derampers and load up at these prices.

You claim to know my average then what is it? You cannot prove where and when I have been buying or what my average is therefore I would suggest stop making assumptions.

Another point you claim I ramp because I have a high average. I posted exactly the same when VAL was a much higher price and I have been here since 8p.

If Barcelona was unsuccessful we would have heard by now. They are waiting for something. If 201 comes we will open in the 20s at least and move up I am sure.

I think 201 will get done, one or two more SPV with an update on 301. Surely they will want this and before June I would imagine. They don't have long left to reach the target. Should be easy to reach with one or two positive outcomes and some decent marketing. A great buy at these prices with hardly any downside.

@Porky honestly speaking I don't think you're being smart here. Think with an open mind and only what happens BEFORE June .

Now to roughly at least double the SP here with a market cap of 10 million you need ONE of the following:

1) Barcelona SPV
2) Hokkaido SPV
3) 201 deal
4) A single large investor can take us up with confidence. Maybe media campaign can bring investors.
5) 301 SPV or 401 deal.

You only need ONE and very likely you will get a few of those listed above before June. Think what is the downside before June maybe 1p from the current SP if you are really honest. Upside I would say 30-40p from current price if 201 and one or two SPV come good.

Therefore stop being a ***** and buy but if not don't waste your breath here as we are not selling and it is not dropping much. Any drop of 1p or more will also have lots of buyers so you need to get out of this fantasy bubble and face reality. Buy or Not but don't waste your time posting negative rubbish.

You don't need to prove yourself wrong as far you are 100% wrong on every occasion.

Not about reapplying but about how voting goes in June for the resolutions. I don't think it matters for now. An acquisition is good if done at a decent price but it should be done slowly.

Yes but we voted NO so they had to withdraw. They can come back in June but if the SP is higher they could request a much smaller amount. The point of the NO vote was that holders did not want a dilution for acquisitions at very low prices such as our current SP.

Metom by June we could have three world class preclinical compounds with an almost full patent life. Each one could get 10-20 million upfront payments and 100s million in milestone payments. I think 201 will get done before June because of the job vote so TRX will know they have to close the deal otherwise if Suzy and the board were voted out the deal for them could get cancelled.

30p should be a given so 15.4 is selling yourself short. You might be more upset if you miss out. I would wait until June and see what happens but whatever happens I doubt we will be this low. Patience.

She did but at the same time she has always insisted she is confident the 201 deal will get completed. The jury is still out but I am backing 201 to get done and Barcelona could well come through this week. Logically them Tweeting profiles suggests news is coming and this is a great buy area.

As I said it is all relative. Our SP is so low at the moment even without 201 and with one more in SPV fair value should be 30p imo.
