RE: Jon Deeks16 Jun 2021 22:49
I see the baby beta has been at it again. Incidentally the sums that he’s so proud of aren’t correct. The quoted 99% FP rate was based a sample. It could be 99.8%. Might not be, but until there’s a larger study it can’t be stated as a fact. He loves facts. Not real ones, but opinion. Odious, tedious, antagonistic, moronic and frankly weird opinions. False positives are pretty irrelevant for a green light test - follow them with PCR if you must. However, no one talks about the PCR false positives from residual viral loads or entire year groups being sent for school due to a PCR false positive or business having to shut down due to a PCR false positive.
Anyway, who cares what Deeks thinks, the govt clearly don’t. Whilst the dried out testicle has been writing all of his biased articles he’s been ignored. The innova test has been misused, we can agree with him on that. We have the perfect green light test with use cases for events, travel, businesses, surge testing. If the govt agree they’ll buy them. If they don’t want them, why have they been investing in manufacturing? If it’s another comedy caper like the nightingale hospitals the manufacturers can use the equipment so either way it looks like a win.
We should ignore the boring sea lions and the betas that pretend to filter people. That is a fact IMO… and that is possibly the stupidest phrase I’ve ever seen in my life. LMOL
