"Is it a coincidence that Vlads salary has jumped by over 35% from 280k in 2022 to a sniff under 400k in 2023".
That's an interesting comment in view of the fact that we often hear shareholders (not all genuinely, admittedly) saying they are invested in an area of potential research that has come about through a certain type of serious illness within their families. I do wonder if Vlad asked himself how that hefty portion of his disproportionate rise might have benefited his own research - and, ultimately, future patients - before he grasped that wad of cash? Personally, I would not have taken that amount (genuinely!) as it does then sound a bit rich when the Chairman states, "At the same time, we continued to move forward, insofar as funding would allow". "Disproportionate" in view of the company's poor financial performance, minus any deals and in view of how less greed might have substantially helped on the research front.
