Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
Was thinking of doing the same, but as I've been thinking about its retraced 5p, as other investors have taken advantage in the drop in price
Come on tefrum you know they don't like to tell us when they get an order, think they might be worried it would help the share price go up
Do we have a tree shake going on ??
There seems to be so much talk about export orders being the way forward, but why is it we never see any orders they couldn't even be bothered to tell us about the 25 to go to Australia, as another poster on here said they should be singing from the roof tops. It does make me wonder if there actually is a Sales team at all. Again from the previous AGM they were saying that there were so many tenders out that they must get some orders. Well there were certainly no news releases released for any export orders, not that that is a surprise, but again from the chatter from the board nobody had come across any international orders also. So what do they do all day ??? Just spotted that there has been more sells today, obviously more people with little faith in the BOD and the company. How low can this share price go, before too long we wont have a market cap left !!!!!
Somebody's not happy with PEBI 's progress
I think your opinion and thoughts are very similar to mine and probably many others. Its actual hard to know if anyone is actually doing anything with the lack of news coming out. I initially thought removing most of the BOD except for chairman and CEO and replace with there own was a good idea. But now I think they are all living off past exploits and siting on there laurels and all to the cost of the lowly PI's like ourselves. OPE do like to boast about the connection with the Hinduja Bothers and Ashok Leyland and being the fifth biggest bus supplier in the world. Well they don't seem to be making much of a success with a small British company called Optare. I'm gutted now that I was full of cold on the day of the AGM as I was in the mood for a good rant. But as I have said before if we don't get our ars-'s to the meeting they will never know what the small PI is thinking or how badly we are being treated. That is of course if they would bother to listen. Still think they have a great product, and where ever you go there are lots of them, just wish they would let us know what's going on.
Company desperately needs some good orders, they've always talked about international orders, where are they ?
Hi Guys, I did ask this question at last years AGM, it was answered by the finance director and he flatly said no, it is good for the company to have it listed and why would we not have it listed. nozzla if your question is why don't we get much news then its an easy answer and its simply that the press department is bl--dy hopeless at giving out any information or news release's, when you follow this share its just something you get used too, but at least there website has recently improved a lot so things are getting slowly better. Also if you do speak to the finance department I believe you will still be told no. This subject was brought up on this board about a year and a half ago and again there were no conclusions. So my personal belief is that no they don't want to delist, but that is my personal opinion.
I only wish it was within my power, as it would be duly granted.
Unfortunately the only way we can find out is wait until tomorrow.
This drop could mean one of two things, bad news tomorrow so those in the know are selling there shares early or the market makers are chasing cheap shares as there is possible good news tomorrow. In 16/17 hours we will find out. Crossing my fingers for the second option but with this share who knows. Surely it is about time we actually received good news for a change.
jump looks interesting, is there something going on in the background
Hi Guys, its a nice idea that everybody is putting questions forward, but if nobody actually attends the meeting it wont matter a jot.
Just checked new look website, a huge improvement from the one before (first time I have seen it) and it states AGM is at 10.30 on 10/9/14 at Sherburn Leeds
mondo1, I would like to know as well, it started at 10.30 last year so assuming it will be the same this time round. I am hoping to go but full of a cold at the moment so I will have to wait to Wednesday morning, no point going if I cant speak properly. Hoping there is a few going because they really do need a rocket up there rear. Its about time they remembered there are shareholders other than Ashok Leyland.
Just been on Share Prophets and the last article written about TIG was the 6th June 2014 and that was done by a staff writer and it was reiterating a report by researcher Edison that the company is worth 40p. So if TW has said anything negative its not on Share Prophets. TIG is certainly not the company it used be and now has a very professional board of directors who would most definitely like to distance themselves from Rob Terry
If you want to read the RNS why don't you try Digital I Look or ADVFN, its free and quite simple you don't even have to sign in to them
I will have to see closer to the time, but if there are a few going then I will definitely try to attend.
Yes, i'm still in here, but I generally only read the board once a week. Still trying to make my mind up whether to go as you have said before, they tell us the things they think we want to hear which is not always the truth, and last year there was all the talk about tenders out there and the likelihood of some orders particularly in the foreign markets, in the end going off the website and RNS's they didn't actually receive any orders at all. Newyorker see if someone can give you a proxy vote.
Those dammed insiders, just why can't I be one ?? ;-), very good day, still a slight shame though as long term this could have been very good.
