I don't think they will be reducing the holdings on the next update, certainly not Summit as Jim has just agreed to purchase a further 3,846,154 shares at 6.5p because of a share placing. Summit are having a 22m share placing which will fully fund them for the next two years. Once the placing has taken place and the dust settle's and we have good reports on both drugs in phase 2 then hopefully Summit will start contributing to both the PEBI share price and NAV.

Nice to see some additional buys today on top of the two 13,000,000 buys there is an additional 1,197,951, lets hope and prey if need be that these also haven't gone towards Mr Jones syntheticgenetic don't forget to update and add the additional 13 million to MD in the file, great stuff

Medical Debenture is the buyer of one of the 13,000,000 buys and they have taken there percentage to just over 10 per cent which is great news for us all, hopefully they are the buyers of the other 13,000,000 as well. They really are not being fazed out by Peter Jones good on them.

Going of the trade buys on ADVFN there has been two 13,000,000 buys, so a total of 26,000,000, would love to know who has acquired them and I am sure time will tell us.

I definitely know what you mean I have the same problem, I like Netcall as it generally keeps you sane, and it pays a Divi too which is also very nice for an AIM share. Thinking of Netcall I just need to go and find my slippers and pipe its now the time to take it nice and easy. Cheers PP

Its a shame these RNS's are not effecting the share price and pushing it up, because if these companies keep buying and we keep holding then he will have to improve his offer.

Warri yes it would be nice to see more volume, but as a general rule this share has always been a gentle trickle'r look at the last few years, its only since last November it has come a bit more volatile, now I believe the share is going back to its old ways of nice and easy does it. If your wanting an AIM share that is likely to double in the next sixth months then don't look here this has a different agenda, best place is to look in oils, software and bio technology. Cheers PP

I'm with you, I will hold out for as long as possible and hope that MedDeb and TM do the same, surely they must have paid more than .62 for there shares and they wont want to give them away that easily. One of the reasons I bought in to this company 2 1/2 years ago was because of Peter Jones, now he is just giving us all a right royal shafting, morally he is definitely not a nice man.

I know you are very positive about this share but there is the old saying 'when things seem too good to be true they usually are', i'm not trying to deramp here as I am still invested, but you have mentioned many times that its a great opportunity to buy or top up and its a no brainer, yet the share price continues to go down.

Good move Mogie you're very lucky it didn't overshoot your stop loss and therefore not trigger it, I didn't even think of setting one as I just couldn't have imagined this would drop like that just didn't see a profit warning coming. Well we live and learn, thankfully still in profit but only just, it may be a well run company but its now going to take quite a while for confidence to be restored.

Well done Chequemate spot on prediction, shame about the small retrace after the initial increase, but they do say buy on rumour sell on news. I know there wasn't much in the way of news but like you say he did seem positive and we haven't got long to wait for news as interim results are only a month away. You have been told , now do has he says, this minute ! I've read on many other boards that a share always needs a little pull back before it can then push on to new highs, sounds good to me we just need TIG to agree.

Its been quiet here for so long now, have you two fine gentleman got any more thoughts on this fine company, it set off last year with a nice and steady rise for the first six months and ever since has been drifting back down, do you have any reasons why its done that, as you said when you look at the fundamentals its way under priced.
