Cheers, just hoping a good NAV may help the share price, saying that on the last one were it was 17.13p and the share price lower the share price did drop away. Patience it will come good.

ElProfessor thanks for the information and your thoughts, couldn't agree more. I was thinking the other week when it reached 1.62 to sell off one of my top ups, then thought why as this is only going one way and that I should at least wait until February or beyond. And I will be keeping my main holding for years to come.

I wish you and all Optare holders a good Christmas and a happy and prosperous New Year, we certainly need it for our patience in supporting this company which seems to give us little or nothing in return. I know its a long time away but oh yes I will definitely be going to next years AGM.

Thanks for your honesty, I currently hold about 70k, and even though have complete faith and confidence in the company I don't like to get over exposed in any one company (I've done it a few times before and sometimes they go a little pear shaped), ideally leave it alone for a few years and let it grow, with this one though we will have a decision to make in about 11 months. Do you know when the next NAV evaluation is ?. Cheers PP

I would be tempted to top up again, but unfortunately the spread is not very favourable. But as for long term this is a definite.

Cheers, thanks for the info your thoughts and opinions. I just need to be a bit more patient, they will be out when they're out. I too am a little more confident and have even promised the wife some new shoes when this gets back in to profit.

Hi, I only said slightly as I think you mentioned you had a text to say they would be on Monday or some time this week, and i'm sure last year they were on a Thursday or Friday and it is slightly later than when they supplied them last year. I also know they can supply them any time in December. What makes you think they maybe next week and not possibly tomorrow.

Many thanks for your reply, I think you have answered my question but i'm sure much more will become clearer closer to the time. If indeed I do decide to sell, as long term I believe this will do very well. One more question if you don't mind, how would you be given the option to sell to the fund, would there be some kind of offer or is there some kind of expiry date. I am also not to worried what share price is shown, like you stated at some point the share price will re-rate and catch up to the NAV. Just a small amount of patience is required. Cheers PP

I'm certainly not expecting any fireworks, over the last couple of results I maybe was expecting a modest profit only to be hit by bad results and exceptional costs. But as I said before I have my fingers crossed and hope that we may have turned a corner. Would be nice over a period of time to see the share price rising rather than falling as we have seen over the last couple of years. GLA

Just wondering why the slight delay in RNS, hoping its a good reason and we have won some contract, and they are delaying so they can announce together with the results. Have my fingers crossed, I think we all deserve a bit of good news as it has been quite a while.

At what point do you think the share price will equate to the NAV, otherwise how in 11 months will we be able to sell at that value. Personally would prefer it to stay as it is, as long term think this will do very well rather than get absorbed in to another fund

I've been here about 18 months and will probably be here for many more years. I'm quite happy to let it do its own thing which is a very slow and steady upward movement. No divi yet but i'm sure once they have removed the debt they will start paying one.

Are you watching TIG as a possible buy or just looking out of curiosity
