Lets hope it stays that way, unfortunately I did let them have some of my shares as I had bought in lower than the offer price and have received my money, but I am still holding some and I am quite happy to keep hold of these for quite some time, we both know PDJ will come back to the market at some point probably when he needs more money to expand the company. So here's hoping he doesn't get the 90%. Good luck all in whatever decisions you had to make.

Is there a link to that press release, surely if MM's new that for sure then the share price would have jumped up again. As we all know if we wait for Optare's press release dept. we might be waiting a few months. Or is this the same order as the one for Ulsterbus

I care too, another great morning shame it didn't last, up 30 points early doors only to almost drop back to this morning's opening figure. Good trade normski1, I do think this will bounce round all over the place but at least the general direction is up.

agree with you biglad6, not sure if PJ has any other companies listed or intends to list any in the future, but I for one will not go anywhere near any of them. He sits there all smug on dragons den, you all most feel like shouting to the people 'don't go into business with him he will shaft you at the first opportunity he gets' or buy you out at the lowest price when he realises its going to make money. The above are obviously the reasons why he is a very rich man, it does not mean though that I agree with his ethics or his morals and for that reason I am out.

With the placing I was entitled to 2322 shares which I duly accepted, I then applied for an additional 5515 shares which I didn't think was a lot, it was just like a little top up, I paid my money and have now received a refund for the full additional amount. Cant believe I wasn't able to obtain any additional shares. Anybody else had the same problem ?

All is looking very good for the long term.

Hello ElProfessor what's your interpretation on the results and the drop in price afterwards, the results seem as predicted were the MM 's expecting more hence the drop. The wording in the RNS did seem a little downbeat don't know if you felt that negativity or its just me. Good call on the dividend you were almost spot on, at least the positive thing with that it was a150% increase, again don't know if MM 's were expecting more. They do seem to have a lot of cash on hand, which should have been very positive, just wondering if they have something in mind for it. But just like you have suggested before the company is run by two accountants so they will never do anything sparkling just nice and steady, and isn't that what we want.

There still seems to be some buying going on, lets hope it is one of the other institutions, lets face it why would you buy at .67 if you can only get back .65, you never know there may still be some hope yet. Fingers still crossed.

What underhand way do you think he has convinced MD to part with there shares, they must be making a hefty loss. Maxed, the shares are always yours whether he delists or not but they are much harder to sell if he does delist, but of course if he gets 90% and then he can do a compulsory order to obtain all the remaining shares.

Any thoughts on this for tomorrow, it has risen quite nicely since the trading update, do we expect more of a rise ? with new information or is there the possibility of a slight pullback as quite often happens when results are released

Everything in line with expectations, revenue profit and margins all slightly up and future sales good, also don't see much of a rise today but its back to normal and nice and easy does it. Just how we like it.

Good luck and wish you all the best, personally I think you have sold out too early under the pressure of PJ 's bullying tactics, I do believe if we hold out like it appears some of the large institutions are then we can get a much higher price. Also there is no guarantee that he will de-list even if he does get seventy five per cent of the shares he is just threatening to do that to get hold of your shares. I suppose we all have our own opinion and only time will tell. But I am definitely holding. Good luck all.

Deathlehem if you click the link or google, google groups, then in the search bar at the top put 'xps holders forum' you will then get something saying Groups matching xps holders forum just click on that, and then it will ask you to go through a procedure and when you have finished it will say Your membership is pending. I have now been pending for two and half hours, so good luck
