Although I was expecting an update before the AGM (there is still time!) I am now thinking that they may issue the update after the AGM and combine it with the answers to the written questions.

yellow, the reason you don't get a straight answer to that question is because no-one on this board has any more information on that score than you have yourself. We are all waiting to see what we are told in the shareholders' circular when it is issued, and you will just have to wait for that as well.

Of course you will only get a copy if you are a shareholder, which is somewhat doubtful judging by your negative posts on here.

I seem to recall a couple of weeks ago that you were going to report another poster to the FCA for something to do with insider information. How is that working out for you?

W2T doesn't become owner of 40% of PHE after the takeover.

We don't know that DW. We don't know how many shares he sold. All we know is that the current holding in his own name is now under 3% of the total shares in issue.

I firmly believe that once the deal goes through, and we have the whole team under one management, Peel will then become seriously involved and we will have a whole new ball game!

OK jabberba, so what I said to Newboy was wrong. PW will have some W2T shares in that case, and when the takeover goes through he will get some PHE shares. But nowhere near the quantity of PHE shares that he held previously.

Perhaps he's transferred his shares into HL Nominees A/c. Then his name won't have to appear in the "Significant Shareholders" list any more.

Yellow, in my humble opinion, the idea that HW wants to take PHE private is *******s. Why do you think MK (Peel) would take a seat on the board of PHE if that was the case? In fact, why do you think MK has taken a seat on the board at all? There must a good reason for that.

Newboy, no-one bought the AFC's shares in W2T.. They were bought back by the company (W2T) for £20k and cancelled. Which means removed from the register, and they don't exist any more.

At the last count in PHE's web site, PW held 108,758,940 shares representing 5.3% of the company's share capital. We are now told that his holding is below 3%. We don't know how much below, he may have sold the lot, or he may have sold 59.7 million shares to bring it down to 2.9% of the company's shares in issue.

I know that PW is/was working as a consultant for W2T, but I don't know if he held any shares in W2T. Unlikely I think, as it's a Close Private company.

Well that's a big surprise! I certainly didn't expect PW to leave the party.

I was certainly expecting the circular to come out early this week. DR was aware of the lockdown when he said about 2 weeks, so that can't have come as a surprise to them. Surely it must be soon. If it doesn't come out tomorrow I think we should be entitled to an update of some sort.

Funny how a big company like Peel would be interested in a "Fred in a shed" operation.

Not long until the AGM. Let's see if we get anything to cheer us up in the next week.
