I agree jabberba, and if I am right that they were just waiting for confirmation of the accurate significant shareholders' data, now that they have got that I would expect the circular to be issued within a few days.

Chard, I think the reason for the situation you describe was probably because your three trades went through three different market makers, hence the different prices. But that doesn't explain the masses of tiny trades that have been going through here recently.

Of course it's being manipulated, so what's new! As long as people are prepared to sell their shares at 1.45p or lower, they will continue to drop the price.

I'm not sure that very many companies would be in a position right now to produce a meaningful 12-month plan or profit forecast, certainly not one that they would be prepared to publish to the market and commit to.

Now that PHE have got the accurate up-to-date info regarding the shareholders and updated the web site, I expect things to move ahead fairly quickly. So this should enable the circular to be issued to shareholders very soon, and we may also see David Ryan doing an interview on Proactive to explain the situation.

I think lse need to get In a team of experienced IT people who know what they are doing to sort out the entire system. It seems to be full of gremlins.

Thanks Kenny, that's the sign I have been looking for. Now it seems they are clear to move ahead, having got the details of the PHE shareholding sorted out.

They must make a cash offer, but that doesn't mean that the 70% shareholders have to accept it!
