I don't know about the EGM, but in his session with Andrew Scott at Proactive last Tuesday DR said they expect the circular to be out probably in the next couple of weeks. So round about a week from now, hopefully.

Sharesport, I entirely agree. There is nothing to stop any of us doing the same thing, if we are smart enough.

Perhaps the EGM can be held by remote video.

So the shareholders' circular regarding takeover of W2T is expected "soon" or perhaps in the next couple of weeks. It will be good to get that out of the way.

That wasn't from choice, Islandgirl. That was because at that time they didn't have enough kits to test everyone nor sufficient facilities to process them. But they are now starting to test NHS staff who show any symptoms as they are getting more kits.

Perhaps they could use video conferencing, or Skype or FaceTime etc., for the EGM.

If AFC get a signed order, they will be obliged to issue an RNS because a first order will be serious market sensitive information. Where a NDA is in place they will not be able to divulge the identity of the customer, nor any information that would make it obvious who the customer is, but there is no reason why they couldn't state that they had signed a firm order (or orders) for x number of y units. No NDA can prevent them from announcing that.

So, as they haven't issued such an RNS, it seems quite certain that they haven't signed off any firm orders as yet. But please read haggis's post 10:13 today, where he explains (again) why these orders will inevitably take considerable time to reach the final signing stage.

That's not necessarily the case, Klunk. NDAs may prevent AFC naming interested parties, but there is no reason why they can't give us information with regard to discussions or negotiations without actually naming the customers.

That may well be true stokey, but the point that I'm making is that PHE (or rather the "developer") will want to sell their hydrogen to whoever will give them the highest price, and if they are producing the highest grade hydrogen then that is likely to be for vehicle fuel.
