Hi BT - No nothing going on really, just that LSE changed its policy so that now when a company "dies" they don't close off the chat page like they used to, now they keep it open so people can still chat. That policy came into play a few months ago, so they've re-opened this one.

Last year the results came out on 4th June, if that helps.

Every time the SP gets up to or over 1.0 then the sellers come alive. I have a long term view on this, so I can sit it out.

Sadly, it does look like that is a serious possibility, reading the RNS dated 29th December.

There was an announcement on 29th December saying that they had not secured funding. It doesn't show up on this LSE BB fro some reason, but it can be viewed on ZOX'z own website.

P/B Ratio: I make the P/B ratio 0.05 as follows: Net Assets per Interim Accounts end June 2015 was $36.0 million = £24.3 million (after taking out intangibles). Market value of 190 million shares at 0.75p = £1.4 million. So P/B ratio = 1.4/24.3 = 0.05. Of course that figure by itself doesn't give any magic answers as interpretation is required. E.g. it could mean that the shares are grossly undervalued and must he a huge bargain, or it could mean that the market perceives the company to have serious underlying problems. You decide!

with Trifast? It's suddenly shot up by over 8% today.

Is anyone aware of any large sales taking place following today's RNS? Would have thought there might be a lot of selling along with the SP drop, but I don't see any on this board.

It's not worth selling to get out, so may as well just hang on to see if it creeps back up a bit, or falls off the cliff entirely. Certainly wouldn't suggest it's a buying opportunity!

So many of these AIM companies heading south. New bad news every day. Depressing!
