Surely trading will be suspended tomorrow morning until the company can produce a response of some kind, perhaps over the weekend or Monday. But what can they say? Probably just to say it's all lies with no foundation.

If what their report says turns out to be true, then the auditors will have been asleep on the job and we shareholders should be able to sue them.

There is an uncanny resemblance between what's happening here and what happened to Quindell. I convinced myself that Globo was different because they appeared to have plenty of cash, and seemed to be generating cash. but something is not quite right here. I couldn't understand why Enismore kept on increasing their short position. Perhaps they knew something we didn't know. Perhaps they're in cahoots with our old friend Tom???

They must be working on the premise that the higher it goes the further it has to fall! Someone suggested a few days ago that they way to stop them shorting would be if we all put in a limit order to sell at a very high price. I have put mine on a limit order at 60p and if the SP gets close to that I'll review the situation. The more people who do this, the less shares will be available for them to borrow to short. Let's hope they get their fingers badly scorched with this!

I wonder if Ennismore are increasing their short position today. They had over 6% about a week ago.

There seems to be quite a bit of large-ish sales going through. I wonder if some people are concerned that Globo may have problems similar to Quindell? I'm fairly confident that the market has got it wrong this time and that Globo is a solid business, but who knows - we'll know tomorrow.

With a sale of the business at £162.8 and no further debt or liabilities, by my calculation that works out at £1.04 per share. So I don't understand why shares are being sold at less than 80p. What am I missing?
