I agree mart6. I would also add that it has the advantage of being secure and not open to the public, and this is absolutely essential. The "discussthemarket.com" BB will continue and will contain all of our historical postings, but unfortunately it is open to the public gaze, so we cannot use that one. Like mart6 I found our new one a bit awkward at the beginning, but quickly got the hang of it. The main point, already raised, is that users are creating too many new topics. With a bit of care and thought, these headings could be kept to a minimum as many of the postings are related.

I came across what I thought was an interesting statement in an RNS issued by Sefton. If only the BoD of AML had had this sort of attitude, we (pi shareholders) would be in a different situation now! They have to appoint a replacement NOMAD within, I think, 30 days. If not, then the company will be de-listed from AIM. My guess, for what it's worth, is that they will do nothing and let the company become de-listed.

Yes I am also wondering if this is from stockpile from Marampa or Tonkolili. But if it's from Tonkolili the income and costs don't go through either SISG or AML because it all continues to be transacted through the operating subsidiary Tonkoliil Iron Ore Ltd., as it has in the past. Nothing has changed there, except that SISG has taken over control of that company (not ownership).

how FT gains by all of this. And gain he must, I am very sure of that. There must have been some behind-the-scenes deals done, and big ones. And also, I'd love to know what's happening with Marampa. I wonder if FT has done some sort of deal with that.

I think that ship has sailed. Best we can hope for is that AML will ultimately be allowed to retain some of its 75% ownership, which the administrators can then sell.

Bear in mind that SISG have not taken over the ownership of AML's 75% of the operating companies. They have taken over control of the operations, but as yet they have not obtained ownership of anything. That issue has yet to be settled by an arbitrator, or so we have been told.

No, AML is not in admin yet because they haven't appointed an administrator yet. And it still owns 75% of the operating subsidiaries because that issue hasn't been settled yet. But it isn't operating the mine because SISG has taken over control of the subsidiaries, but not ownership. So AML is still a going concern.

MY, I don't think the welfare of the employees is in question because they are working for the two subsidiary companies i.e. the Operating Companies now under the control SISG, so the status of AML doesn't affect them any more. I have a feeling that the BoD are not intending to appoint an administrator. Not sure why, but I just think the announcement was just part of the scam that they are playing.

Does this mean that the UK flag is no more?
