I sent an email to Nick Adams at Jefferies asking a few questions about the court hearings, but as I suspected he was unable to tell me anything: "Many thanks for your email. I am afraid that I am unable to comment specifically on your questions. The Company will continue to update the market with material information and will put out a further announcement in due course. I am sorry that I can't provide further information or answers to your questions at this time. Kind regards Nick Adams" I also phoned AML trying to get Murray John's email address. Spoke to a lady who had no idea who Murray John is, and couldn't help at all. Probably a temp if everyone else has gone? Anyway, if anyone knows Murray John's email, please post it up here.

There is still one big question unanswered - can SISG take ownership of assets worth $4.5 billion in settlement of a debt of $167 million. I don't think that has been sorted by the court yet as I'm sure it wasn't completed last Monday, so there will be further hearings. The BoD should be keeping us up to date about the hearings, but obviously they are not doing so. I am trying to find out what the situation is regarding court hearings.

According to the Accounts AML still had Obtala shares at the end of 2013. Don't know if they still have them.

I've been trawling through the RNSs to see if I could find the origin of the funds in the Joint Project Account in HK, but I couldn't find when it started. Does anyone know where the money came from initially? Was it paid in by SISG / AML or already funds within the company that was separated out for use in the Project Companies?

Surely this information should have come out from our BoD. More contempt.

I wasn't thinking of asking the company for its share register - that would certainly be a lost cause! No, I was wondering if there is anywhere that we could get access, probably have to pay a fee. But I couldn't see anywhere on Companies House web site where I could request a copy. I wanted to see if FT and chums were still shareholders. And the IIs.

Does anyone know where / how we can get hold of an up-to-date share register for African Minerals Ltd. I have had a quick look through the internet but couldn't find anything useful. Can it be bought from Companies House?

Yes, I was fairly sure that they would be watching this board. I think we are probably past the point where a call for an EGM would do any good any more. This is also beyond the scope of AIM regulation and the LSE (except perhaps for Jefferies involvement) according to communication received by one of our BB members from AIM. This is definitely now serious fraud, and seems to me in the realms of the SFO.

Surely that really would be justification for jail! Mind you, if he's in jail, less chance of us getting money out of him, so I'm not sure which I prefer!
