I thought they were funded through to Q2 next year, so I’m a bit unsure why they are going for this placing now. Perhaps they just want to get it out of the way rather than wait until the last minute.

Over on ADVFN there's rumour of a potential buy-out. No idea on what grounds, if any, but if it is true I hope it's more than 0.23p because that's what I paid for mine!

Is anything ever going to happen with this company?

Surprised they have sold to SE Asia as I thought China dominated that market. Excellent news, and well done the RED team. Pity they haven't mentioned timing for delivery etc.

RNS 18 December 2015: Expect land lease to be concluded in January 2016. Interim Results RNS 30 March 2016: Land lease being processed by Dept. of Public Works. RNS 20 May 2016: Land lease being processed by Dept. of Public Works. Represents the last milestone following which the Company will be in a position to conclude the financing package and commence construction. RNS 6 October 2016: Land lease agreements expected to be received shortly. RNS 26 October 2016: Land lease agreements being processed by Dept. of Public Works and are expected to be received shortly. RNS 7 December 2016: Land lease agreements for the 15 MW smelter are being processed by the Department of Rural Development and Land Development and are expected shortly. I know that this particular land lease is no longer critical, but the new project doesn't appear to be moving ahead very much either. Lets hope that the recent increase in SP is a sign that something is starting to move.

I agree. Thing is, Chisbridge will now be snapping up as much as they can at an even lower price. Talk about manipulating the situation for your own gains!! Should be illegal.

Read yesterday's RNS, Andy. The shares will be suspended at 7:30am next Monday 11th, and de-listed one month later. So there will be no trading after the market closes tomorrow, Friday. That will be the last chance to sell shares on the market. But most importantly, do your own research.

This is absolutely disgusting. I just cannot find words to describe this course of action by the directors. Thankfully I got out about a week ago because I could see de-listing coming, but not in this way. I thought they would do it properly by buying up 75% over time. But no, dismiss the NOMAD, then let nature take its course. I would never have thought of that. There must be some rules & regulation against this sort of behaviour, and I hope they get their just deserves. Good luck to all who are still in here. I feel for you.
