'Partnering with third parties that will provide capital' indicates to me that they are talking about a Joint Venture. and when they say a share of 'revenue' I'm fairly sure they don't mean a share of the income, but a share of the profit from the Joint Venture. Often these terms are used wrongly to mean different things.

I don't think it will affect PHE a great deal Pomander, as they are probably using a gas generator at Thornton Park already. Fuel cells would produce more electricity than gas generators, but apart from that I don't see any major issue. But I don't understand why you say that AFC supplying the fuel cells would seem to be central to their being.

Excellent piece of research, balman! It does make me wonder if the arrangement with AFC has fallen through. The fuel cell was supposed to be delivered to Thornton Park last November but there has been no word of that happening. And of course in order to provide hydrogen to run the fuel cell PHE would have to buy or rent a hydrogen purifier system, and that would no doubt be expensive. Unless they could borrow one.

I agree Teelin. Perhaps our Directors are good at the medical and scientific side of things, but not so good at the business side and publicity. If that is the case, they need to employ someone, or a company, that can do that for them and get their product into the headline.
