Prototype G3 at Thornton Park28 Feb 2018 10:36
In the RNS dated 24 Feb. 2017, it was stated:
PowerHouse is negotiating a commercial relationship with University of Chester, which would allow the Company to both demonstrate its technology, but to also connect to the facilitys micro-grid for the supplying of power to Thornton in situ.
Since then I have not seen anything to confirm that they are actually supplying power to the Thornton Park micro-grid, but It is very possible that they are doing so. That would make more sense than continuing to flare off the syngas that is being produced during testing a variety of feedstocks.
I assume that the AFC fuel cell system hasn't arrived at Thornton Park yet, but they could nevertheless supply power using a gas generator.
