The big question, is the Charger a viable product ? There is no evidence that it is and there is no sensible product specifications on the web site to make a reasoned judgement. If it isn't then 1.5 million in assets can be written off and there will be no licensing deals.

Netzeroready: But were the answers interesting? There must be a lot of apathetic shareholders for JG to be re-elected once again.

Old blue: Folk don't necessarily let a director own 50% or more of a company. You are assuming a director or investor buys into a company to somehow end up with 50%. IPOs allow someone to hold 50% without buying any shares!

Oldblue: I'm not exactly sure what your point your posts below are trying to get across. So who did you support in the November GM CH or JG. You get what you asked for!

Ask yourself a simple question ' why has N Jagatia failed to invest any serious money in INSP' he was forced to buy through warrants when CH called the GM. But he hasn't risked much. Why would he not buy into a world class product if he had the chance?
Does he not want to make money?

So John has bought some Insp shares ? But the money he has paid goes into the GIS coffers and that's owned by Octagonal and that is owned by John Gunn. His control in INSP hasn't increased nor decreased. Had he bought in the open market then the money would have left his pocket and not been seen again. I'm sure John gets the shares and gets the money paid returned to him. Who forked out for GIS to buy shares so that John could control more INSP than he paid for? Perhaps someone is peed that GIS have money sat in INSP doing nothing !

Is the amount exactly a third of The GIS holding ?

It certainly doesn't provide any confidence boost in INSP.

Novicehunter: unfortunately you've thrown away your rights to anonymity by writing on here. It's not prying, it's public information for the world to see and maybe even wonder at. I guess we all have some kind of exhibitionist streak in us otherwise we'd be quietly going about our business of becoming millionaires, then we'd buy a football club because no one would know we had made it big. I admire people that keep their achievements quiet. The people I admire the most are the ones I'll never know!

Novicehunter: I'm posting to all the people reading this board. You yourself must feel the need to read it. I also hope I have dissuaded many potential investors from buying in after they read the INSP web site and who were attracted by the incorrect information there. Hopefully I provide a more realistic view of INSP prospects i.e. not a single product in sight.
