Reviewing the POTENTIAL supply chain – Supplying for what, there is nothing built, tested or trialled and nothing certified for the market place. Why would Inspirit need a supply chain if they are licensing the technology and not producing it?
Detailing the product specifics for POTENTIAL commercial partners – What on earth does that mean.

He is supposed to be 25% of the way through producing a wondrous WHR system for Volvo Penta. He’s a year into working on the 300 kW standalone system. The Auto division, where’s that gone, Solar, remember that.

Looks like Oldblue has finally realised there's never going to be a world class boiler selling by the thousands. Is he getting his 30 M shares away before the price drops too low.
This company has nothing to offer investors now but dreams and losses.
But you can bet more idiots will still appear to buy in without even reading the likes of these boards. It's no wonder s phone scammers make so much money.

I wonder what she does? She doesn't answer the phone or emails, she doesn't do the accounts or design or build. She must work from home, there's no office or factory. There is a test and development site in Poland -allegedly but that's some commute. My guess is she writes all the b******t RNS statements. The updates that never update. Progress that never progresses, certification that never certificates. Products that never produce. Patents that are patently not. Chargers that don't. Inspirit yes, reality no.

Conkersdeep: you haven't followed the story. RNS were released years ago regarding your queries, they all turned out to be worthless words. Have you read any of the posts here over the last 6 months ? The short answer is, after years of taking investors money, the Charger will not go into production but somehow the non patent technology will be licensed to a bunch of mugs.
To now take investors money, the new strategy is to use the 'technology' to enter the waste heat recovery field.
Of course many of us think the mountain of evidence shows Inspirit is a great big lifestyle company for one man- John Gunn.

I continue to be amazed by investors like you that seem to stick a pin in a list of AIM companies and hope to get rich, without even rudimentary research. Best of luck with dreams.

Crazyyear: I don't think buying 50k lumps, for all to see and speculate about, can be regarded as loading up quietly.

Oldblue: whilst 5 M buys look impressive it's only £3,450. Not worth getting too excited about. Personally I think buys like this are a cheap attempts at pump and dumps. Any serious investor wanting to buy a percent or two do not telegraph their intentions, that would simply cost them more money. Many companies on AIM are vulnerable to this simple strategy, you signal with a few modest buys but if it doesn't trigger a decent rise you offload discretely and if you're lucky it only costs a few quid, depending on the spread of course. Plenty of people have decent money to play with. I think VAL are being played at the moment, several 50k share buys being telegraphed and the price has risen with speculation - interesting!

Nomlungu: 10% required to call a General Meeting. Since the directors have no shares then virtually all shares must be 'available' to overthrow the King, only a majority of the votes actually cast would do the trick. There appears to be much shareholder apathy when it comes to GM voting, see the recent OCT and INSP figures for example. So if 10% of the shares could unite then I guess it wouldn't take much more than that to oust SS. There cannot be many happy investors and surely the wage he gets would attract some decent candidates for the position.

Santiago666: AIM company CEOs tread a fine line between truth and lies, proving a lie is very difficult. Take for example the Inspirit statement that they are working on a 300 kW version, exactly what this is for I don’t know and there have been no updates. What exactly does 'working on' mean? A team of people working on the design, development, parts procurement and testing of a prototype device or men in greasy overalls clamber over a large Stirling engine fitting parts and wiring. On the other hand it could mean JG and NJ scratching their heads and wondering how a Stirling engine works.

Another example I've mentioned previously is:
“At the start of 2020 Inspirit Energy set up the manufacturing and testing site in Poland in readiness to implement the manufacturing and testing of the charger unit”

Is it a multimillion pound hi-tech site or a garden shed, rented for £50 a year ? In fact where is the rent, lease or purchase money accounted for ? Their research facility in Sheffield was a small industrial unit, my money is on a garden shed. You can look at the Sheffield unit on Google street view – very amatuerish and unimpressive . Why keep the location secret, why not proudly display to the shareholders just what they’ve got for their money – unless of course it’s actually very little.

But - exactly what is meant by ‘have developed schematics’ What is a schematic ? Some rough sketch or outline of what the device is comprised of or an impression of the finished article – who knows apart from John Gunn!

Since about 2016 when he realised the Charger wasn’t going to be a world class money maker, JG has stretched the story to the limits of credibility. He can simply provide more insight to development and blow all of us derampers away, at the same time raising the share price to make it more difficult for predators to snatch the company away. Why are there no patents on the technology if it is ‘world class’ ? Again he could simply issue a RNS with the numbers to assure his shareholders. But why spent money when idiotic shareholders defend him and his story.

Every RNS open to interpretation, no lies - that would be fraud.

Oldblue: CH has previously explained his interest in the Charger, see his post on 12 Nov. You really need a database or spreadsheet to keep track my boy. He wants to make use of the Stirling engine i.e. the Charger without the gas burner. While he may be interested in waste heat recovery for wind turbines his main interest is heat recovery from his furnaces in their diffusion process. I have previously stated I can’t see 6.4 kW being viable for wind turbines producing in the MW range. Knowing nothing of wind generators, I assume the waste heat is large but relatively low grade and difficult to harvest. On the other hand a furnace implies lots of good quality waste heat and more easily harvested for a Stirling conversion system. But 6.4 kW is pretty puny, especially if you had tens and tens of kW going spare, a larger output device would seem to be in order, you just can’t pump more heat into the 6.4 kW Stirling ad infinitum.

CH's objective is to find out if the Stirling engine can perform as stated at 6.4/18 = 35% efficiency or is this simply Inspirit B******T. The original Disenco device was nowhere near this.

I guess you think it is us preventing INSP getting the Charger CE marked and not the cowboy in charge of the company. Did you ask him why he was not going to produce the charger, after eons taking money from mugs like you. All his failings are are detailed in every INSP RNS.
