If you read the statements in the annual account, a bit of thought will show that nothing of value to investors was said. The same drivel was repeated time again. This piece below is significant and highlights JG's written skills if nothing else

Despite these market headwinds, the Inspirit achieved a number of significant milestones including the signing of a letter of support with world-leading marine engine manufacturer Volvo Penta for the development of a Waste Heat Recovery system as well as entering discussions with a leading gasification technology company regarding a possible collaboration.
These milestones demonstrate how the previous year has been an important one for the business and its strategic direction. The operating Board has worked throughout to identify differing potential applications for the technology where there is significant potential for growth, as well as considering the future strategy and funding of its operating subsidiary.

BUT WHAT WERE THE NUMBER OF SIGNIFICANT MILESTONES ???

He seems to have forgotten to add those numbers of significant milestones. Perhaps the truth is, there were no milestones. Absolutely nothing happened for a year

Oldblue: As you say "way old" internal testing of the original Disenco device and the results were ? I'll tell you because 6 years later we know the outcome - NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE

Barchester Trial - 6 years later - and the results were ? Trials never took place. Talk but never any actual action .

Price sensitive information has been withheld from investors because the information/news is all negative.

These historic failings are all immaterial because the company are not going to go into production with the Charger. They have stated they will license the technology. Their talk of supply chains is all that, simply talk, there is nothing to supply.
Until a licensee comes forward discussions with suppliers must be very short, along the lines of -

Supplier "how many circulation pumps will you need Mr. Gunn"
JG "err not sure, my company won't actually be making the product"
Supplier " who will, I'll contact them"
JG " err not sure yet, no one has made an offer"
Supplier "Why are we talking?"
JG " well just want supply lines ready, you know just in case"
Supplier " You don't know numbers, prices, when, where, who what and you haven't even obtained certification for your product so you haven't sealed the design? The pump model may change! - don't waste my time fool"

Perhaps because Worcester-Bosch are a real company with real certified products. Not In-spirit's fantasy technology and fantasy certification that's been promised for years but never appears,is never trialled is never tested is never reviewed, is never shown publicly and is never announced as a working prototype. It's a never-never mCHP, worked on by a never-never workforce in a never-never location
Only the money ending up in JG's pocket is real.
How many years do you people need to see nothing before you realise it's never-never happening. Your tenacity is wonderful your gullibility is even better.

I like the little admission you make " if it ever gets off the ground" that tells everyone what you really feel.

The company say they will try to license it ... Why are they not producing it? They've stretched the truth for 6 long years ... It's not happening and you know that.

I think it's well established there are now NO employees at Inspirit. They admit it themselves via their accounts.

Particularly note the links to patents.

I like the basic idea and I know its only a prototype device but it just looks too heavy, too busy and too expensive. Again, it has the hallmarks of another niche Stirling engine application. There is little said about the bl***y great electric motor stuck on the top which drives the thing either.

It is intended that no gas or oil boilers will be fitted to NEW homes around 2025. The market for gas replacement boilers will still be huge. Unless a newer and cheaper method can replace the gas boiler e.g. electricity prices begin to compete with gas.

Not a single mention of any actual milestone achieved.

Simply vague pointless and incongruous statements

Then describing that c**p as progress

This progress was achieved despite the significant issues resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic in Europe, which was instrumental in causing some of these European partners to cease trading and therefore necessitated their replacement with other competent manufacturers.

What are these European manufacturers actually making ? It gives the impression Inspirit are a huge producer of some production line gadget. But they have never announced the build/manufacture, call it what you will, of a single A SINGLE working piece of equipment. So come on you mysterious Europeans keep pumping out those mysterious widgets for Inspirit.

Jimb2: I doubt you actually think things will change here. John Gunn never understood the complexities of creating a world leading technology product and simply thought he could raise a few bob and push the Disenco mCHP through commercialisation. Creating a working Stirling engine product has defeated many and has obviously beaten Inspirit. Come on reality! They have actually announced they won’t be producing a mCHP and without patents I can’t see anyone wanting to license it for mCHP use, so that’s dead and buried.

As for the waste heat recovery angle well there is little incentive for John Gunn to get embroiled in this technology. He and his sidekick have been making the real money at OCT over the last few years, whether it was legal has to be decided. But Inspirit does bring in a tidy sum, just for writing a bit bumph every now and then.

Remember all the RNS stating that “schematics” had been created for many applications. The impression was that Inspirit was a hive of creative technology BUT not a mention of the solar division nor the 300 kW project nor the auto division and so on in the last report.

And, when said and done they have no employees on the books, according to the accounts produced by Inspirit themselves.

Accept it, this is one business that never delivers on its word.

It's basically a very very poor rewrite of the same old tosh that's been written for the last 3 or 4 years. John Gunn doesn't even make an attempt to hide the fact that nothing is happening now. He relies upon zealots like you to do his dirty work.

Good luck getting anything out of Inspirit

Sadly delivered absolutely nothing in 10 years and no intention of delivering anything in the next 10.

Oldblue: is that you off loading again ? Why not look at something like Bushveld Minerals, a far better prospect than INSP on AIM.

In a Youtube video John Gunn stated on 27th May 2016 " Today we are pleased to say the product is ready to go into the market place" he also stated they would launch an e-commerce web site. Now, 5 years later we all know that never became reality. The question is did he believe what he was saying or did he simply make it up ? As the CEO he must have known that "the product" did not have the approvals/certification/CE to go "into the market" and thus was NOT ready.

Any right minded investor would be led to believe that a product was ready to be sold "on the market"

Maidit: You know exactly what happens! You have 10 years of failed RNS fairy tales as written evidence. Hundreds of thousands raised for certification that didn't happen. Less than 2 weeks ago John Gunn reported nothing of significance and certainly not a single word regarding battery charging. Keep spinning because one day the plates will fall and your money with them. Oldblue has sold out, even he doubts the Inspirit tale.

Can you tell us what exactly the news was ?

The only good movements will be investor bowel movements now they realise the company has produced nothing in 10 long years and their dreams will disappear as Inspirit will shortly.
