Of course a majority is needed to pass the resolutions but only a majority of those votes actually cast. That could be a relatively small amount and plays into the hands of those that want change. A lot of shareholders will be apathetic. Ibug could well be right, it simply depends on the numbers and how many investors are in the silent minority. It's easy to be swayed by the handful that post regularly but there has to be hundreds of PIs that could make a big difference

Current market £28 M. 10% needed to call a GM. That’s £2.8 M

That is only 250 shareholders owning £11,200 worth of shares. I’m guessing there will be a few disgruntled shareholders with £20 k+ invested here. My guesstimate would be around 200 reasonably well invested PIs to sign up to the pledge to oust directors. Collate 200 emails done !

It's simply a matter of finding someone to be the centre piece. On the various boards I read, people claim to have lost tens of thousands. UKOG will be no different. Are there investors here holding more than 13 M shares ??

Andyrp: gather 10% of the shares, call a general meeting and call for a vote to remove him from the board. No legal might needed. It should be quite easy since he has no shares to oppose and I'm sure there are many many shareholders would like to see him gone

Disenco had a device, this is what Inspirit touted in the early years 2011 onwards, and was internally tested and the subject of several RNS statements that produced nothing. Now then over the last 5 years or so the Disenco device has all but disappeared because of the modifications, improvements and design for manufacture – all according to John Gunn. For example a new engine casing, a more than doubling of output from 3kWe to 6.4ke, new electronics - again if we are to believe John Gunn.

So the latest all singing Charger has never been announced as having been built as a prototype/verification/test bed – whatever.

Volvo themselves, last year, had to be ‘impressed’ with a model, because there was no working prototype to show them
