Novicehunter: you seem well intentioned but naive. There will be no replies, the owners of the company I.e you I assume, do not are not given explanations from the people that work for you. If by a thousand to one chance they do it will be waffle.

Come on John. Millions of home owners across Europe are clamouring for the Charger, they want to reduce their electric bills - what exactly is the holdup.

You are just a little tease, you've spent years designing for manufacture, years discussing with a European company that may do the certification. The Charger can now run off Hydrogen !

I wonder how the 300 kW standalone is progressing ? It seems to have slipped John's mind, like many other things. After 10 months it deserves an update. Must be a huge project 300 kW, now is that thermal or electric, either way a big big project but yet again another statement fast fading into the mist of time. Definitely can't see this one being certified.

But as with all gamblers you will fail, otherwise with your simple strategy we could all get rich. From memory there hasn't been any feedback from shareholders about the EGM - a sad state of affairs. I guess it indicates how many long term investors are actually in this share - very very few.

Most are just busy ramping the share for what its worth, so Oldblue you might be the only LTS !

On 13 Nov 2019 I don't think Inspirit could lay claim to having multiple patents i.e. patentS

This one is interesting, US6931848B2: Stirling Engine having platelet heat exchanger elements. it is the patent for the platelet heat exchanger for a Stirling engine and is essential for applying heat to the working gas inside the Stirling.
I have to own up, I thought this was designed and patented by the 5 Norwegians but I was wrong. 2017-09-18 Lapse for failure to pay maintenance fees

In 2006 Disenco had the rights to this technology but they went bust

6 October 2010 Somemore (John Gunn) obtained the rights but then the rights were transferred several times and were subject to a Patent Security Agreement i.e. the patents were used as security against some kind of loan but the rights are now held by Qnergy Inc USA. That’s not to say Inspirit via Somemore could not have some form of license agreement to use the technology.

The only patent I can find and actually owned by Inspirit Energy is this

This patent relates to dissipating energy of an electric motor under braking, therefore having little to do with a Stirling heat engine.

HEAT EXCHANGER PATENT LAPSED DUE TO NON PAYMENT OF MAINTENANCE FEES

From memory, the few patents held by Disenco have lapsed because Inspirit have not renewed them i.e. they have not paid the fees.

Again from memory there is only one active patent with Inspirit's name on it and it was something to do with energy recovery but not relevant to the Charger or Stirling engine and certainly nothing to do with heat exchangers. I have discussed these patents fairly recently.

Prove me wrong and provide the patent numbers or a link to the patent please.

I interpret that mix of nonense as a wild desire to throw your money away on a 500-1 long shot.

John Gunn gambled, he didn't have a clue about technology, he lost and now the naive will lose out.

Looking over RNS statements over the last few years. They declared a world leading produce, completed rigorous testing over thousands of hours, improved efficiency 100%. Improved DfM and materials, produces quick payback for purchaser. AND yet it hasn't been certified, OBVIOUSLY something is wrong with one or all of those statements otherwise you'd all be rich by now.

It's plain for even the blind man to see, your money has been gambled and lost

AIM is simply a place for gamblers to play with naive fool's money. The chances of making it big are very very slim. To top that are the rampers , luring in more suckers to fund the gamblers and hoping to cream off a quick percentage.
