Novicehunter: just saying! Jeff Bezos created an empire in 10 years, Inspirit couldn't organise certification in 10 years. Nothing in 10 years = nothing in 20 years.

Come to think of it they have actually gone backwards. They started with a product, employees and a factory in Sheffield, they have managed to do away with all that ! Unbelievable truly unbelievable

Novicehunter: you seem to be implying Apple took a long time to create something. You are obviously relatively young, I was playing with an Apple II computer around 1981/2 I.e. Version 2. Apple didn't hang around, they had a world leading product and produced it, all within a couple of years. I'm not sure of the exact dates. If you can't be bothered to do proper research, I'm not going to bother either.

As for Tesla, look at their achievements compared to Inspirit's over the past 10 years and also bear in mind Inspirit were given a product to start with ! Inspirit's output in 10 years --- discussions discussions and more discussions - THATS IT!!

When you say Inspirit you mean John Gunn and his sidekick, there is no one else. Those two have no credibility in green technology or any other technology. For 10 years they have demonstrated an inability to push forward an existing project, they don't have the nous nor ability, the one area they excel in is taking investors money and making it vanish.

You are hoping and wishing, RNS are packed full of the evidence of failure.

Oldblue: I nearly forgot about the field trials ? How did they go ? Oh I remember, they had to get the certification before the field trials. All thet investor money spent on what exactly ? I know, it was the 3 years of phone bills to a European company that MAY carry out the certification. 3 years ! that has to be a total wind up. No one spends 3 years arranging certification.

Everyone simply has to read all previous Inspirit RNS statements to see that they have achieved nothing they claimed they were going to do - FOR YEARS!!

Oldblue has spent a fortune buying into the Inspirit Charger, unfortunately it will never go on sale. Or perhaps I'm wrong, tell us Oldblue when does it go on sale ?
When was testing complete and when did it pass certification ?

JRH1: The 'deal' with Volvo has also been done to death, try doing some research. Inspirit approached Volvo with a PROPOSAL and Volvo said great make it work then come back and we might test it in one of our engines. Eventually John Gunn coaxed a Letter of Support from Volvo to give him some leverage with dumb investors against the approach by CRH before Xmas. Still no product exists just very hot air

JRH1: RNS states “The purpose of this collaboration would be to enable Inspirit to support the heat recovery processes within this partner's applications, by using Inspirit's Stirling technology to design a unit to give substantial Kw output and to generate opportunities to develop commercial applications … “

So Inspirit would design ‘a unit to give substantial kW output’ hence it is not yet designed and thus DOES NOT exist. To beat the point to death, there is no product.

The only thing Inspirit have is, a puny 6.4 kWe Stirling engine that has failed to be certified or independently tested after many years of Inspirit claiming it was about to happen. There is NOTHING else !

Inspirit bought out the original device designed by 5 Norwegians and simply had to commercialise it – they failed.

To build a far bigger device is a huge challenge and a huge expense, you can’t just multiply every dimension by x to make an x kW output device.

Why any reputable company would get involved with a company that has demonstrated a lack of ambition and ability to achieve something far smaller than is required would be utter stupidity

RJH1: What does it matter, INSP has no tested and certified technology. It has a single model Stirling engine gathering dust in a wharehouse. After 10 long years and millions of investors money raised to certify it - that has failed - was it really a serious attempt ? There is no WHR technology so any discussions with industry are bluster and pipe dreams or at the very least many years off.

It looks like the sell off started the 7 Jan and the 30M wasn't a buy but actually a sell. The share price continuing to fall after. Perhaps Oldblue CH has seen enough?

Someone sending out a signal they are selling out. 5M blocks isn't hiding the fact.

Gharri07: the right thing? I think they will be using shareholders profits to buy back shares. It depends upon the price ?

10 July 2020 the price was 0.06p on Friday 8 Jan 2021 the price was 0.072.

So, the 6 month gain is 0.072-0.06/0.06 = 20%

How do you calculate the gain ?
