What’s not to like ?
1. There are no assets. The one and only product, under development for the last decade has been sidelined and after supposedly 2 years of discussion with “ a European company that MAY carry out certification” has come to nought.
2. There are 3 employees on the books. The financial director, who does the accounts once a year. Wearing one hat, at his company, he writes the accounts for about £30,000. He posts them off to Inspirit, he changes hats dashes across to Inspirit, then once there, signs them off for another £30,000.
John Gunn accused of skulduggery by SEC at Octagonal on Xmas eve.
S. Gunn, apparently JG’s wife, her role ?
3. NO Waste heat recovery (WHR) technology whatsoever, apart from talk.
4. There is NO deal with Volvo, simply at letter of support. As stated by the Volvo man himself – Inspirit have a proposal for a system, there’s a very long way to go turning a proposal into commercial and profitable system.
5. Gasification discussions, nothing more than that.
6. RNS over the last 7 to 8 years have raised investors hopes MANY times but ALL have fallen by the wayside.
7. The conclusion to be drawn, this has been a very successful lifestyle company with an amateur approach to technology development. Over £2 million has been raised in recent years and the only concrete thing to be achieved is a letter of support from Volvo.
8. People that buy into this should enter with their eyes wide open.
