This deliberate ramping coinciding with another ambiguous RNS makes me think it is a crude attempt to achieve the warrant threshold and allow 0.5 Billion shares to flood the market. Investors need to ask themselves why In-Spirit habitually defaults on its RNS. This is easily verifyable!

Why to they continually push out partial and ambiguous RNS, the being typical seemingly to bamboozle investors.

The are not the actions of a genuine company attempting to showcase a world class product.

The web site is filled with spin phrases and little fact supported by poor quality images.

I make the free float about 75% of 4.27 Billion shares, so just over 3 Billion shares, for you to spend your money on.

John Gunn personally owns only about 15% of the company but pockets nearly all the money.

Potential investors are being misled by incessant posting of false information.

Far from being a fantastic RNS, it simply confirms In-spirit have made little progress producing the Volvo WHR system.

The RNS clearly indicates it was the WHR unit that was supposedly tested i.e. the first stage. Therefore the 30 kW produced was HEAT energy.

The RNS states

" The WHR is a major component in the APPLICATION for the Volvo Marine engine and other heat recovery applications "

It is a component only, ONLY the completed application can produce electricity from waste heat recovery applied to the Stirling to drive the alternator.

This is further confirmed by

" that on the first phase of the development of the WHR unit and with limited testing, the unit has provided the highest recorded output of over 30 kW in the first stage build test period."

In-spirit have taken millions and delivered nothing. I believe and it is my opinion, they will never deliver. They have had a decade to show they mean business.

What happened to the discussions with the gasification company ? What has happened to the discussions with Enertek? Why are the so called consultants and hard working engineering teams unable to adapt the Charger for Hydrogen.

Where does all the money raised go to ? Cos there ain't no product just a spin spin web site.

The list of mistakes and absurd claims is almost endless. Stick to facts, no Volvo application once again.
