CRH had no constructive dealings with the board i.e. John Gunn. In fact In-spirit refused to have dealings with him and his attempt to get on the board failed. He is not a friend of John Gunn

CRH's shareholding was diluted by the 1 Billion share placing recently and there are another 0.5 Billion waiting to be issued via outstanding warrants. His exact holding I can't be bothered to check. Perhaps you could make something up!

In-spirit did not want outsiders seeing what they had or didn't have!

As is the norm, In-spirit's RNS are worthless. No system is available to demonstrate to Volvo as was promised.

It's back to the drawing board for more development. I doubt Volvo will give them the time of day now.

Jp78: There were patents for the original Disenco Stirling and may still be found if searched for. Most expired because the fees weren't paid.

To date and as far as is known In-spirit hold no patents relating to Stirling engines, mCHP or waste heat applications.

Really unusual considering this spin statement on the web site

I think the hype we can take with a pinch of salt. No patents then no unique technology or applications

Furthermore the applications In-spirit waffle on about i.e. solar, WHR, refrigeration etc have been well documented and researched over the last 20 or even 30 years.

They can't even adapt the Charger for Hydrogen in-house possibly because they don't actually have one to adapt hence more waffle about discussions with Enertek.

This cannot be correct. The photographs show the original Disenco Stirling (3 kW) built in 2008. In-spirit bought out the failed Disenco application with the aim of commercialising it. But several RNS have claimed this original Stirling has changed dramatically.investors have waited a long time for the super dooper version.

John Gunn please tell me why photographs of the 14 year old Disenco Stirling are shown as your WHR System. Where are the photos of the Helix Accelerator i.e the WHR unit. Where are the photos of the super dooper Sterling which has been Designed for Manufacture for the last 5 years and surely head been finally built?

Mr. Gunn why do you put such low resolution photos on your website? it doesn't present your " products " in a good light.

Magmanus: Looks like people are getting the message about In-spirit.

They can check information in the RNS for themselves and see that this company has been a serial fail for years. The latest RNS confirms this and the only thing it promises now is more development.

In the UK £150,000 isn't considered a huge amount of money. To suggest management is going to spend that much this year, I'm not sure what for, is jolly silly.
