No Certificate- no timeline - and no hope!

Observer:

There have been no relevant patents for years, they have lapsed In-spirit haven't paid the fees.

There are no patents for this wonderous technology and why not ?

In the words of In-spirit " ... The commercial potential would seem boundless and Inspirit is extremely optimistic about the commercial prospects for the business."

Boundless potential, now that's an awesome claim to make yet the technology isn't protected by patents.

I say pure bull ! Time will tell. You'd better sell everything you have and buy ... IF you believe it!

Why the differences from Invinity's RNS release

Your first words require qualification.
"Management run it very badly..." they run it very badly for other investors BUT very well for themselves. You seem to think these companies and NOMADS have some obligation to investors! How wrong you are.

This appears many times from In-spirit but they can't seem to produce anything for this huge market.
There is no current news for the Charger it has been consigned to the scrap heap along with many other projects, supposedly underway but never heard from.

... we are busy doing nothing working the whole day through, trying to find lots of things not to do - Mr. Booker and his small team !

Perhaps the brilliant engineering minds simply forgot they are working on a 300 kW standalone unit.

"In the period under review our engineering team have been concluding the stage two build and testing ..."

The period under review is 6 months ending 31 Dec 2022. Note engineers are concluding phase 2 build and testing. To me that means they are about to finish.

BUT 3 months later far from 'concluding' the next RNS 16 March 2023:

" Stage two build and testing should be complete by the end of April 2023.. "

Hang on a moment, it was being concluded back in Dec 2022? Come on In-spirit get the time line straight, try and get something right for a change.

More delay and it won't be the last. Remember the John Gunn YouTube interview 2016. " we are ready to go into the market"

7 years later nothing in the market, absolutely nothing to show for the hard work by the brilliant engineering minds at In-spirit.

It is a fact of life, the only comments one can make about in-spirit concern their failing since there are no achievements. John Gunn could wipe away the doubt and vagueness surrounding in-spirit at the stroke of a pen! He chooses not to, investors can only wonder why.

I'm glad you also view what is said in in-spirit RNS as failings also, welcome to the doubters.

It would seem the city doesn't think so nor the automotive industry nor the energy industry nor the defense industry nor the scientific industry nor the governenment.

It seems only John Gunn believes it!

Same vague words;

Exactly what is the " significant performance enhancements" ???

Previously you have led investors to believe

" It is anticipated that the unit could produce up to a 30% performance enhancement on certain commercial engines " RNS MRch 2024

If TRUE ! This would be truly amazing for the world and John Gunn is about to be the richest man on the planet!
