John Gunn stated in the YouTube video interview, which you can visit now, that the product was READY to go into the market place.

That was 2016 a whole 7 years ago and the thing isn't certified nor has any statement evergreen made that the DforM Stirling has ever been built and tested.

Pivot all you want, if you believe statements made by this company.

And the 2008 Disenco Stirling touted as the phase 1 WHR shown on the website, spin on that and explain it away. Ignore the obvious before your own eyes at your peril.

If you can't be bothered to spend 3 or 4 hours reading what's been said over the last 6 or 7 years then you're not even trying to be an investors. Its just gambling otherwise, and we know how that works out in the long run.

If you think the 2008 Disenco Stirling,shown on the Web site as phase1, has been tested as part of phase 2 you need certified. That thing was only rated to 3 kW.

Another RNS failure

RNS 16 March 2023:

" It is anticipated that the unit could produce up to a 30% performance enhancement on certain commercial engines, consequently reducing CO2 emission"

The old vague spin, they can not produce a sensible technical description of what is being claimed. Now you you have to wonder, why not ?

What is the performance enhancement ? Why only some engines, surely all ICE produce waste heat from the exhaust. It then simply a matter of the slightly different efficiency enhancements depending upon the engine make and size.

Just another statement that really says nothing. If they had something of real worth then why not an investor presentation to raise awareness, tell the world and raise lots of money and change the world. BOUNDLESS POTENTIAL I think the phrase is. But no they borrow peanuts from Monecore at exorbitant rates.

RNS 13 Nov 2019:

" Company has continued with focusing on the improvements to the design of the Company's Inspirit Charger that incorporates the Stirling engine technology; accordingly we have successfully created a smaller prototype of the Stirling engine casting using modern 3 D printing methods with our partners in Poland. This has passed PD 5500/2018 and as a result, has provided a favourable outcome at reduced cost and greater efficiencies. In 2020 we expect to produce our first unit with the assistance of our engineering partner in Poland. The success of the unit will allow us to have a unit ready for batch production. "

Another RNS that made great claims but didn't deliver the goods.

.... In WHR. 20 kW is converted into 6.4 kW of electricity and waste waste heat a lot less useful than what went in.

In-spirit have this ridiculous self praise on their website. The idiot that wrote this has no understanding of the meaning of efficiency and foolishly applies the Charger performance to a waste heat application. Yes the Charger is 92 % efficient, according to INSP, but only because the waste heat from the gas burner and other sources creates heated water. But electrical efficiency is only 36% we are led to believe.

If you power the Stirling with waste heat, instead of Methane, then you could gain some electricity I.e. 36% BUT you also lose some heat in the process.

In the Charger 20 kW of Methane energy is converted to 18 kW of useful energy

In WHR

" A Spanish waste plant currently has a system to collect waste heat from its three engines but it is only around 28% efficient and therefore not cost-effective enough to generate extra electricity. Our technology is 92% efficient, allowing the company to maximise effectiveness of the whole system and start regaining costs."

Money goes into this one-man band outfit and nothing comes out!

In-spirit investors - probably the most naive punters on AIM

The only accompaniment is placing/dilution. It's obvious to almost everyone, apart from dreamers and the naive, that this company has no credibility and no technical abilities.

There is no evidence over a decade, yes a decade, that anything has been achieved. The phase 1 WHR system shown on the self congratulatory web site is nothing but the 2008 failed Disenco Stirling engine. Also note, not one person has has attempted to refute the claim I make!

I wonder if we are going to see the never ending development story being expanded to include Enertek involvement in some way. For sure In-spirit aren't going to give Mr. Needley money for nothing.
