With vlads change on linked in post, have they hit a problem and delayed the 2nd patient.

That night not be a bad thing because they need finance sorting first.

You would hope that the next report from the hospital is at least positive then hemo might attract somebody who wants to invest rather than the death spiral financing seen lately.

That last one was very grim and has left us teetering on a knife edge.

If some half decent funding could be sorted then there might be a decent chance to take advantage and average down but I'm still unsure about the bod....they dont seem overly interested in the share price imo🤷‍♂️

I'm a bit confused with this.

Surely hemo are not going to go ahead and dose a 2nd person without having some funding in place, that would be company suicide would it not.

Any sign of failure and they would almost certainly be putting the company into administration.

Would it not be better to hang fire and get the full result from the first patient before going ahead with a 2nd?

With so little money it was a bit of a gamble going ahead with the first but I cant see how they can possibly start a 2nd until they have more money in place unless vlad is working on a different strategy to dispense with shareholders in the event thereafter?

Keeping my eyes on what's happening here.

Vlads a rogue as far as pi's are concerned....it could be argued that he only cares about the science which is probably true and its hard to fault him for that but he needs to find a way out of this mess for shareholders.

I watch with interest because if he can get the cash needed then it's some opportunity....ironically, that opportunity could be so great because of the awful way they have gone about getting to here imo.

The stunts that vlad has just pulled in the last few weeks are a carbon copy of around 3 or 4 years ago regarding cdx and I recall that they appointed a board watcher.

Whatever happened to that board watcher and is redmond likely to step away?

I can understand BP deciding to drop it and informing the court but I cannot see how they could be then due compensation for it if that's what's happening.

Would not seem very fair to other stakeholders if that was the case....a bit like, ok big man we know we can shaft the other stakeholders but your a bit problematic so we will give you a cut if you take a walk🤷‍♂️

I done my stuff with carlton and waiting on invoice.

I was reading back the posts and its stated that BP have settled with summit but I could not work out what has been settled and how.

BP applied to the court for an extension to the sale process but summit cannot just interject and say we will pay you such and such if you withdraw or offer bp a share in the ownership off the assets when they get them.....anybody actually know what was agreed and where bp stand now?

Sent my confirmation back to carlton today.

I dont think rbm can give any assurances on anything but what I will say are these fee's are great for what we are getting initially.

Let's hope we can go all the way on a no win/no fee basis and that would be a remarkable feat in regard to our chances of success.

I like to keep my feet on the ground as I'm wary of the legal system but I feel what the action group have given us is a decent chance for not much money so it's a no brainer for me👍

Good questions there.....I cant get my head around BP's position here, do we know when they first submitted their objection?

Did they believe that they were in line to take it all for a song off summit and they have been bounced and now spitting the dummy or is this some clever way of justifying their position when/if they do a deal for the a deal for the asset/s.

Be interesting the judges response, can due process be overturned like that......I dont have a clue🤷‍♂️

I have not read the posts about BP and dont really know what's going on but from a layman's point of view I would be very suspicious of their current motives.

For a company of that size to be now complaining about the process seems inconceivable to me.....that type of money here is chicken feed to them.

As such, I would be more inclined to think that they know their challenge will fail but it is a means of justifying their eventual purchase which will help them clear any eventual criticism.

They should have made their intention clear....do we know exactly who these SL are because its sounds like a proper fit up all round🤷‍♂️
