Is it a good idea to start a crowd funding page linking to to the website and shorting petition.

Somewhere along the line the cag are going to need money.....a lot of shareholders, people who work in the market, businessman and philanthropists are fed up to the back teeth of this kind of behaviour and might contribute.

You can state that monies not used would be returned or donated to charity but it's amazing what can be achieved when momentum gets behind something.

And it's a good way of generating publicity👍

I know your busy mate but I have a couple of questions.

1. We have seen one rns extract where it states that anvivio would not trade but is that stated at every share issuance?

2. Is it possible to find out if anyone else had been trading like anvivio?

3. Surely the snr lender would have known about anvivio trading like that......you dont put that much money into a company and see what happens, these people are professional with access to much more info than us.

Does it mean that over the period they have traded in a number of shares that was in issue.

Often submissions need to be filed by people in the jurisdiction.....courts in America are not interested in a few brits who lost some money!

If PK is openly willing to mislead the courts then they must be very confident of moving this through very quickly.

So they mislead the market, they mislead investors, they mislead the courts....what do you think they would say to the fca or sfo....🖕would be my guess!

Good to see that uk and canadian laws are much the same although Canada done a number of amendments to theyre's in October 23.

I am a member of the group but not an insider. I suppose my thinking was that if the SL does take control that the group will release a statement to the SL stating that the ownership will be challenged and they should make any bidder for the asset aware of that👍

Let's suppose just for a minute that the worse does come to the worse.....I know it would depend on what does actually happen but would a class action put an injunction on the SL trying to trade the assets?

What is the nature of a class action in relation to copl and the bod and would the sag need to raise a seperate class action against the SL.

I took just 1m at 6 yesterday, that was my first buy since the shenanigans started. I just felt that yesterdays news gave a better chance but did not want to risk a few k but I will if the news gets better or I see the chances increasing.

Yesterday I would have given this a 10% chance of survival....now it's more like 50/50 imo.

As such, I think we have to a fair bit of credit to the work that the shareholder group have done and will do already.

Looks like they have at least focused minds...the current sp is amazing value if the company survives or unbelievable value if someone is making a bid where it could easily be a 10 or 20+ bagger.....you dont get them come around much.

These post office people, how the government and other officials in this country turned a blind eye to that after 15 years is a scandal and still the reply is......I didn't know🤷‍♂️

So, instead of committing suicide, if one of these post office workers had shot and killed an investigator.....do you think there would have been a public inquiry sooner?
