This magna report is a bit weird....they are talking about people looking at their phones🤷‍♂️.

At one point it looked like magna might be ahead of the game but it's not looking like that now and they dont seem to have won any contracts.

Has valeo jumped ahead of them and caused a re-think.....they seems to be doing reems of patents but what's the point of that?

I dont like it.....I think for the next few years see would be better served by concentrating on building the company and reducing overheads not messing around by changing markets.

I think that's the plan they are on and I dont see them changing it until profitability becomes a lot more evident.

I think GM's problem with cruise was probably a big factor in Berkshire's reasoning.

Ultimately this should be a benefit to SEE and I dont think it will hinder gm's production that much....depending on how they proceed it might galvanise them to invest more in the traditional route.

Bod's have different timescales than shareholders and they can usually afford to wait it out but I need my money to do a few things before I peg it or I'm not able so needs must.

That's way off web....the 320 or whatever is spread over a lot of vehicles and a long timeframe and it's not compounded.

It's the growth that the estimated compound is worked out on, not the value....almost impossible to work out value here because there is so many factors unknown.....even what is known about is very difficult to forecast in value terms.

I'm hoping that they win enough in the next few years and the growth is clear enough for someone to make a bid👍

In a post yesterday you quoted an aussie ceo stating that people should consider a dms that they can switch off.....I presume he was only referring to aussie vehicle, after the mandate in the eu.....surely you wont be able to switch off the dms in these vehicles?

What did you make of valeo and mobileye.....I find this very interesting because I thought mobileye would be working on their own version of combining adas with dms, do you think they are still doing that?

Hi terry, all these new models adding supercruise/bluecruise........which region do you see these sales happening in?

I presume it would be north america so dms is really gaining traction there before its mandated it would seem👍

Great news re valeo......I cant wait for it to be confirmed officially.

I would welcome views on this please.....if Valeo are using SEE dms, would this indicate that Mobileye might also use SEE dms I would have thought that Valeo would have had every opportunity to use Mobileye dms for this one but if they choose see.....what does that tell us?
