This shareholder group is nothing compared to the one that hibs shareholders created and even although the fraud was clearly exposed there....they were thwarted at every turn and are still fighting.

I'm not under scoring the work that RBM and this group are putting in but they need to be ready immediately with a class action.....don't bother with the sfo or fca etc, they are less than useless.

The post office is a perfect example.....everybody knew about it and ignored it or got stone walled. NStiger....I agree with you, its probable that cathy was o the payroll and possible that if they held shares they would have been given the nod to sell. In these cases, the culprits usually keep those in the know sweet.

But it would be remiss of the shg if they did not ask the question given what stated in the public domain that they were being paid in shares.

Nothing to lose by asking and if it does go to class action, she will almost certainly be taking the stand👍

The shareholders group has not confirmed number that I'm aware of.

What I meant is that I think they would welcome all regardless of how many shares and especially american or Canadian shareholders.

100 bucks gets you enough to be a bonafide member of the shareholders group and it could be worth a lot more than that in the long run.

The FCA and sfo in the uk are complete joke outfits and no matter what evidence is provided to them they will not act because they are steeped in the corrupted establishment and would be accused of double standards if they took any action.....the shg's hope would only lay stateside with u.s. investors......that's 100% certain imo🤷‍♂️

I think the evidence is clear.....if copl had any interest in pi's surely they should have announced this conversion and discount when they announced the the creditor call, the dilution and subsequent price drop would not have been so severe.
