The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Since your around.....is cag discussing crowd funding to make sure we have plenty for stage one and are cag approaching any hnwi.....I know carlton will help with that after stage 1 but any thoughts before.
There was a poster here who said his mate was worth 100m......people like that who want to right some wrongs or generally see some w....s get their comeuppence?
That reply is quite insulting really.....he obviously has a train of thought and is not interested in you, even if you are a constituent of his.
I wonder if this is the behind closed doors view of the fca and sfo.....for all the corruption I have seen on the london stock exchange they never seem to do or achieve much.
With friends like these, who needs enemies🤷♂️
Wow.....the perpetrators of financial crime stand a 97% chance of getting away with it🤷♂️
Good Luck Mr Cotter....your gonna need some balls to take on this lot😁
Anybody in London on 17th April with free time?

Jack.....you are talking rubbish there fella.
To even get into court is one thing but to try and win is another!
While there maybe some damning evidence against certain directors to prove culpability is another and theres all sorts of legal and financial problems before you even get close to that.
I admire what the cag are trying to do but best to keep your feet on the ground.....there are mountains to climb here.
Surely there is something amiss here....I simply cannot see RS allowing information to be released to the stock market that is materially different from their report and not commenting on the information at the time.
The whole ethos of their business is accuracy in testing and they a trusted and renowned by the market.
If they have knowing allowed a company to disclose information that is not correct then they have a duty to report on it.
How could the market every trust them again if that's the case🤷♂️
Rbm.....with all due respect, it's time for a bit of honesty here and allow holders time to prepare and make a decision.
Reference the class action and participation....has the no win, no fee moved on?
This could get really big and although mr cotter might want to proceed, his partners etc might not.
If there are cost involved, could we try crowdfunding.....its a great publicity tool?
I'm a bit perplexed with the lack of any update from the action group. We dont know who is leading it and who is in it.
Some posters here are posting like they are part of it but not confirming.
We know that rbm is part of the group but I would rather it was confirmed on this board who speaks for the group when they post here.
Not moaning at people who are doing hard work etc....just feel that there is sporadic messaging coming through that's a bit disjointed.
They always say.......follow the money!
These acquisitions would have been made to benefit those involved and the money probably filtered away into secret bank accounts etc.
But there will be a trail somewhere and hopefully a whistleblower can emerge to help......getting them into court is the big one.
They will lie their teeth out until under oath then they look for a way out if they feel it's going against them👍
Caveat emptor should say🤷♂️
Its an extraordinary article to write considering what I have witnessed these last 15 years but there you go!

Steve.....the cag will be busy with other things during the past week.
Dont worry, if the shareholders need to be grouped it will happen when it needs to, you wont get left out.
Just keep an eye on this board👍
I think Kravitz is trying to blind side the judge with that one.
If there was faulty tubes and it was material....they have an obligation to inform the market.
The judge should hit them with a dull one for the insult!
Was just reading about the evergrande scandal on the bbc and I had to laugh when it quoted the Chinese security commission stating that they intended to fight with 'teeth and horns' to protect small investors.
Honestly....from what I have seen with our markets over the years, I think china and Russia has more business ethics than our so called democracies😂🤷♂️
I was just thinking about whistleblowers....its likely that any whistleblowers will not want themselves known because they are in the industry or close to it and could be detrimental for them.
As such, they might not fancy going direct to cag....if they have important documents I think it is more likely they would use an internet cafe and post on this board believing that it will surely get to cag.
I know their is spam websites around but if i see someone post something like before then I'm going to take the chance and open it before it gets pulled.........need all the help we can get👍
Well done that man.....you never know, maybe that report contains something very important.
A lot of whistleblowers for good reason like to remain anonymous....very anonymous and what better way than go into an internet, create a quick account and post it here.
Maybe nothing but maybe something.....dont put new posters off, you just never know👍
316 for a bolton supporter😁👏👏👏
Its numbers like that can make all the difference👍
Ee....the website was built by people who have a sense of fairness and compassion, you deny them that.
When the crowdfunding page is done I will be tagging it too musk, gates and Zimmerman.....maybe you will fancy commenting there.
Artifice is soon going to see the power of social media💪
Great website cheers.
Is it a good idea to start a crowd funding page linking to to the website and shorting petition.
Somewhere along the line the cag are going to need money.....a lot of shareholders, people who work in the market, businessman and philanthropists are fed up to the back teeth of this kind of behaviour and might contribute.
You can state that monies not used would be returned or donated to charity but it's amazing what can be achieved when momentum gets behind something.
And it's a good way of generating publicity👍
I know your busy mate but I have a couple of questions.
1. We have seen one rns extract where it states that anvivio would not trade but is that stated at every share issuance?
2. Is it possible to find out if anyone else had been trading like anvivio?
3. Surely the snr lender would have known about anvivio trading like that......you dont put that much money into a company and see what happens, these people are professional with access to much more info than us.
Sorry if that's all been discussed, I cant read the board much as I would like👍
