looks like Germany is potentially heading to recession, UK Gilt bond curve has inverted.....I think I'm holding off buying anything due to recession risks, and political risks. Hopefully if there is a recession, its just a blip. I will be keeping my current holding here, just waiting regarding averaging down.

Looks like its on the rise again, up to near 530 dollars now. Hopefully everything's now aligning! (touch wood, fingers crossed etc)

JABH I know exactly what you mean....I am torn on waiting for the ex divi drop then pulling trigger.....or waiting for post 31st Oct. All depends on whether you believe common sense will prevail and a deal struck, or if the hard liners have control of the government and want out without a deal. Honestly, I just don't know.

depends what the wider market is doing on the day, if its positive you may get your dream.....if its more of the same guff, its probably going to trickle down further....much further and I may pull the trigger and top up (although I am reluctant to do so before end of October in case worst happens)

been a rough month everywhere for UK stocks. Personally I'm holding off averaging down as the risks no a no deal hard exit are becoming very real, and that could see this sub 500p IMO. the real question then would be is the SP knockdown from Brexit a valid knockdown or an over reaction...only time will tell.

In fairness I do t think you can blame Rose for this drop, she's not even been confirmed yet has she? If you're looking for someone to finger point at regarding SP behaviour ATM BoJo et al are probably the primary suspects IMO, with a sprinkling of Trump.

post divi this is looking like sub 185p is possible, maybe even sub 180p if the winds blow that way. Post Oct 31st, who the heck knows!

any links? can't see anything in the news doing a Google search. Although Bovis results look fairly strong, so I guess they have spare cash knocking around.

I've seen this a few times with placings on AIM, no one ever gave me a satisfactory explanation......my own view is the overall dilution generally trumps any individual purchases (but I will wholly accept that's a very wishy washy statement). Either way we are where we are. When I was with a company called MXO (now changed to another name I think), it took weeks to wash out the dilution when they had placings, we were seeing hundreds of thousands purchased there before the SP started to rise again......hopefully not so here.

Nonetheless this American investor is happily increasing his stake, he obviously thinks palm oil is a commodity is due a rise and that DKL makes a good conduit for his investment stake.

I wonder if he's been buying into any other CPO companies?

At least CPO prices too a hike upwards recently, and as painful as a low pound is for me when i'm soon going abroad, low Sterling - EURO offset is beneficial here from memory.

23p+35p gives me a near 10% yield - I would be happy with that. To be fair I'm reasonably happy with 25p final lol.

Got one eye on the legal battle looming over the AWPR claim not sure how the potential outcomes affect the SP here (other than a positive outcome will be positive for SP). Will a failure result in lower SP, or is the SP priced to expect a failed claim? Who knows.
