We should not be receiving communication from the company written in bloody DaVinci code. They should be clear and not leaving things to interpretation.

BruceS... you're right. That's why I am still holding. I believe Merck are no fools, Oxford would have done a ridiculous amount of DD before approving the loan and also DP and AS would presumably just send 2m USD down the drain. But this daily bleed hurts (and I am no stranger to biotech investing pain).

Mumbo... I don't think so, I really don't. I reckon this is just distressed seller tanking us, company being quiet and late with data and PIs panicking and creating a perfect storm on top of the distressed seller. And IIs are waiting on the sidelines to see how low it can go while there are no news from the company.

Masterblast ... thank you for all your research, I am sure it was extensive. People like you on this board are the only thing keeping me optimistic about 4D, means somebody wants my shares.

My eyes lit up this morning when RNS landed.

Instead of specifics we are getting waffle, optimistic sounding waffle rehashing all the stuff we already know (it is a half-year report after all) but without any additional forward-looking info or explicit timelines/ indications when we can expect the kind of news that will finally get this SP back where it belongs. They just dropped the word 'pivotal' in the context of Blautix and Onc trial to get our imagination all wild but that is not bloody enough.
Come on 4D!!!

Those of you on who've been on this board for a while know I am normally very bullish about 4D... but being an investor and not a trader I demand specifics from the company. Timelines. We need to know how the trials are going so that investors can get excited about buying shares off the distressed seller. We need air cover here.

Microdasys - I am not aksing for daily RNS updates about "fireside chats".

But, share price has lost 60% of it's value over the last 12 months and company does owe those that have been investing over the last 12 months an update. Especially if data updates have been moved from June to "late summer/early autumn".

Company's inability to create interest among IIs for shares offloaded by a distressed seller when at a massive discount is a concern. At least to me, clearly you don't care.

Mumbo - I want them to update us on the timelines - nothing vague (i.e. some point this year) but to tell us , for instance - first half od October.
Also to tell us maybe about Blautix - what's happening there? Will there be a placing for 4D-sponsored P3 or are we any closer to some kind of a partnership/licensing deal?

Any other relevant business. There are so many pipeline projects they could touch on,, to remind the market that company is firing on many cylinders. Anything that is not silence while distressed seller is tanking the SP and they are not creating appetite for 4D shares among IIs.

If they did any of the above that would be nice. Even just reassuring everyone that there have been no material changes to the business. Not all of this sell-off is Oliveira, I think worried PIs are cutting their losses and bailing.

On one hand you're disgusted by day traders who want to make a quick buck and get frustrated when they can flip profit quickly and you consider yourself an investor - and on another hand you are wondering why people don't trade.
Also, maybe I am an idiot, but I still shop that BOD are jot lying to me and will present data early Autumn. SonI have no choice but to wait, because I am n investor and not a trader.

BOD's refusal to come out and reassure the market - in light of our SP melting - is extremely worrying.
WHERE IS THE DATA??? Are we in early Autumn? Yes, we are - so, where is the data? If it ios not ready, when EXACTLY will it be???
And the fact we have a distressed seller doesn't matter at all. We are on an open market where market forces rule and the fact we are tanking means that the market also has concerns about 4D. Sad to say this but it is true, and BOD has gone AWOL.

4D - what are you doing to reassure your investors? I want to believe in the company and do think microbiome is potentially an entirely new drug class, but not sure i have invested in the right company to deliver. Where is your response to the situation???

Mumbo_Jumbo... it's called Blautix. Glad to hear you've done some statistical analysis of that data readout. Good stuff.

People invested for over a year and 30%+ in red (I am one of them) are not some dumb ass day traders. It hurts to bleed 3-5% daily because the company has no gunpowder to attract IIs and mitigate the effects of the distressed seller tanking the SP.
I still believe this company could become the 'Tesla of biotech' - but for now it would be good to stop the bleed. We need results.

Where is our update?

I am a very patient man but don't need any 'fireside chats' with Merck... need bloody data for this bleed to stop.

Ehat we heard from the company recently does not qualify in my opinion as an update.

And don't care about the distressed seller. When data is good for every seller there are 3 buyers.

Sunnyca- agree, I really cannot understand why it is that highly intelligent people who work in biotech cannot compute that times have changed and that private investors are now a very significant audience and they need to be explained things in layman's terms.

Tech sector are already doing it, all other sectors are really. Time for biotech to get off their high horse perhaps (I find this is not just a 4D thing)

There is only one investor (albeit pretty significant one) that is selling (Oliveria) and no Directos selling to my knowledge.

This is getting ridiculous now. I understand we have a seller, but the fact no II is ready to just hoover up this shares is a worry. We need an update of some sort NOW!

No longer interested in RNS about various different conferences 4D are invited to attend. Need real business update.

Sang - yes i remember, I am referring to the original timeline which was June (and then AS announced in that workshop it would be late summer/early autumn). Whenever timelines are stretched it causes panic (even thought they announced it months ago). And let's be honest we are very much in late summer/early autumn at the moment :)

Mumbo - Forte Biosciences was essentially a binary outcome play, one-hit wonder and it flopped. To now think that an investor decided to pull a plug on an entire sector because one compound failed (?!?) would be a bit of a stretch imho.
