yes, very frustrating. I am not trading because I believe we will hear good news from the company but we don't know when and don't want to be caught out when that happens. If I remember correctly Nasdaq RNS caught most people by surprise and if something similar happens (i.e. Blautix partnership maybe, some data readout/recruitment update) - SP will rocket and most people trading this for pennies will regret. We all make a choice - some trade , some hold. I don't mind traders, so as long they don't come hear spreading lies to scare people into selling.

I am holding... but it's hard. Are we still expecting update this month? My understanding is that it's meant to be very soon.. is that right?

ColdBrew - most people on these boards pretend to be great traders for some reasons but reality is that for most people trading ends up in tears (more often than not). Those that really have the skills to trade successfully - I salute you. I still believe in 4D coming up with the goods (I hope not to be proven wrong) and I am holding. I admit that SP dropping today 5% (despite 4D having investor meetings TODAY!!!) is annoying.

Also, it has been established that November timeline was only Sangi's "interpretation" (as he said) of what AS said in the presentation. I have never heard ANYONE from 4D Pharma saying results will be in November or alluding to that, please if anyone has let me know. My understanding was that it was meant to be end of Q2 (i.e. end of June) but that timeline has clearly been extended.

In terms of June timeline expectations driving price rise - I disagree. In any case, hope your other investments work out and you should never invest in any stock more than you are comfortable with.

Sangi - so November (late autumn) was just your pure speculation then? Just want to make sure i am getting this right? Nobody mention late autumn. You sounded very sure of yourself and normally consider you trustworthy. Cheers

JackRussell2 - were those his exact AS words in the last Oncology R&D workshop ? Last summer/autumn? Because based on what DP was saying a few months ago i had in my notes end of Q2 (which is clearly no longer the case)... but didn't have it as late November.

and SP dropping - what am I missing here?

Sangi - GlobalData are a very decent analyst house, lots of useful secondary data and insight - and definitely not bot generated. The fact they are specifically highlighting our trial with Keytruda is very promising.

Yes, I wouldn't mind a comfort blanket :) Everyone invested here has done it out of conviction and belief in their research. But yes, life is easier when you see your investment grow (in blue rather than red) - regardless of how much faith you have in the company. I am heavily invested here and very much in red, but I could still very passionately pitch and convince people to invest (on the back on facts and data) because i believe this company could go down in history. But, again, that's just my opinion and I am just a human so when SP keeps irrationally dipping it (for whatever reasons) it does bother me.

Yes, I agree... also, it is partly that notion that shorters know what they're doing that makes a stock drop once shorters have opened a position. Like a self-fulfilling prophecy in a way.

But they will have to close at some point. I am going to ride this out and weather the storm. I never sold on the way down because I have really bought into this company (the potential) and still have, just can't believe it's dropped to this level despite Nasdaq listing, Oncology pipeline and Blautix effectively being back in play(!!!). Imho this stock should be at 120-130 at the very least... more likely around 150-160 (300m mcap). But that's just my opinion, market clearly disagrees. We need good news. And soon!

Yes frankly this is a shock to me as well, wasn't expecting the SP to go below 90. Where do we go from here? No idea. As always when there is no news it will drift downwards.... we can only hope something arrives sooner rather than later and holders realise that any news that arrives out of the blue will make the SP explode. But not feeling very happy about this, have to admit.

OK thanks for letting me know, this does explain maybe why people are off chasing money elsewhere. I do have a feeling that Duncan will want to drop something in, a news of some sort, to keep the fire burning ... 3 months does seem like a very long time

Hi Sangi - I was watching the Oncology R&D workshop but missed the bit where they say earliest Oncology update is in Autumn. For some reason I had Oncology update in my notes as Q2 (so over the coming weeks) ... You're saying we have no meaningful catalysts expected this summer (unless something drops in out of nowhere i.e. Blautix partnership)?

ColdBrew - I agree completely, very well put. We just need one decent news to start the re-rating process. Also, hoping Oncology news comes in this month and provide the necessary limelight for 4D.

If it is a negotiation tactic it's smart - Pharma will exploit any weakness (as any other business would). But we need some positive results. I have survived the infamous Blautix drop last year and hoping that Oncology update will give us that boost for the stock to propel north on Nasdaq. We need it soon.

Thanks Sangi - yes, completely different and very logical science behind their approach. And their data is seemingly better in comparison with other big players in this space. Don't want to ramp here, it's not fair as DDDD board. But what it does show, and relevant to DDDD, is that perhaps FDA will be more open to approving therapies (apparently Biogen's treatment is rather controversial).
