Sangijuelas - what makes you qualified to give anyone advice on what they should do with their investments? In investing - timing is everything, and longer timeframes increase risks. It is simple, and please spare me any of your advice.

Actually, I really can't remember asking you for any advice at all.

My frustration comes from 4D failing to meet their own timelines, nothing more, as per my previous comments. And I am still holding because underlying fundamentals in my opinion are strong - but delays are rarely good news. Please free free to add me to your green box if you wish, genuinely see no value in exchanging views with people patronising me - or be polite and civil please.

Where's the data ??? Updates are due in Q4 - every day investors are more and more nervous and bailing.

To 4D BOD and DP/AS: It's great you have invested $2m in shares relatively recently. Thank you, love your confidence. Now please deliver data so we can hopefully also feel confident in our investment, bleeding for months is not very good investment strategy.

P.S. If you are an investor "who doesn't care when results are coming in because you invested in the business and don't mind waiting for years to see ROI" - I salute you. Wish I was also, like you, living forever. I am still holding in hope I will not be taken for a ride with more delays. Come on 4D, time to attack!

Enough P&D, I am a ridiculously patient man but this is becoming ridiculous. 5 weeks till Xmas - are we going to get all these updates on Xmas eve????

Welcome to the board Josh, good to have you here. And yes, derisking in case of a meteoric rise does make sense, will probably be doing the same (should have done it also before the Blautix readout, hindsight is a beautiful thing).

One thing also worth mentioning is that for years big pharma have been eyeing microbiome/live bio (for several reasons) as scientific evidence of safety and efficacy potential has been mounting, and a company like 4D (if trials start/continue producing good results) would be a no.1 acquisition for a big pharma looking to become a global heavyweight leader in a brand new drug class. Not surprised at all big pharma are so involved with 4D at the moment. If a pharma buyout does happen, well I don't want to be dropping numbers because I'll be called a ramper/deramper by people, but imho it would probably be one of those epic M&As that stays remembered as a landmark deal in the industry. That is what I am hoping for and believe that might happen over the next couple of years hopefully. Of course it could all go wrong if data is not concluisve/good enough, no guarantees in biotech, but the data so far has been promising.

And call me crazy -I still think Blautix data readout was positive :) Hopefully 4D find a partner and prov me right!

Sangijuelas... most us will not live forever so do have investment timelines and objectives. I invested with a view/hope that this will be a company that develops a brand new DRUG CLASS. If that does happen there will be an offer from a big pharma (we all know who) in which case it should happen over the next couple of years in my opinion (or sooner).

So your mantra 'I don't care if ut's 6 months or 6 years' sounds a bit silly perhaps. Becuase in investing timing is everything, someone as smart as you surely knows this. Good luck!

Sangi - I remember what happened with Blautix, people didnt understand the importance of having a broad, first prescription medication for IBS - or the impotance of IBS-M and the market tanked. PIs are not experts, neither am I.

Pumps/expectations before Blautix and before Nasdaq were to some extent justifiable - had Blautix turned into a first and best-in-class treatment for IBS this would have been a 1bn mcap copmpany today. Nasdaq happened at a bad time for us and wasnt maybe handled the best way by the company and didnt cause the desired effect.

4D needs a change of sentiment desperately after an eternity of shorting and pain - even if that change comes with an accompanying pump. Becuase guess what - if data is good in Q4/Q1 22 - big players will be hoovering shares of silly PI dumpers anyways. So let's not start disecting people's motivations behind investing here - we all need it to put us back in the limelight.

So, let's put this bickering aside - at the moment data arrives (and hopefully it is good data ) we need the SP to be at the highest possible level to drive II/Pharma into paying premium for 4D (which I believe they would anyways).

Porky - well done for investing your 180k here and helping the cause and don't worry about explaining yourself to anyone.

If you believe in a company, its leadership and the mission... and believe they have a good run ahead of them, you are going to invest and shout from the rooftops about the value proposition. I see no problem there.

Nothing to apologise for, I was also in VAL and sold after RNS came out as I found the deal disappointing in the short term (comparing to my expectations). Long term VAL is still on my watchlist.

Sign of things to come hopefully.

Btw, we are still approx. 50% of pre-Blautix data readout SP (it was around 180 if I am not mistaken).

We just need a whiff of good news here. But signs so far are great. GLA.

Well deserved recovery for all of us who've been bleeding since the Blautix drop. We now need the buyer to reveal themselves. A TR1 with a big name ( or a certain pharma building a position) would rocket this stock. One can hope :)

Stay Long... I have not sold a single share, I was joking and would not advise anyone to make investment decisions on the back of anyone's advice online. A lot of people have vested interests in creating/driving PI sentiment and it's best to rely on your due diligence and judgment. I don't think anyone here is qualified as an investment advisor (I certainly am not, I am only a long-term private investor).

Does anyone actually have an update re my earlier question? I.e. official explanation from the company about the Keytruda trial taking longer?

I told you off for making things up, I remember this post very well because I remember thinking about your motivations behind spreading rumours. You were at that point telling people that company said in the Workshop it would be November. Because they didn't say that - they said 'late summer/early autumn'. Unless you had insider information which you presumably did not .

I normally appreciate your contribution as you are knowledgeable but don't appreciate these little digs, especially if you can't answer my earlier question.

Hello ladies and gents - does anyone have any official communication from the company as to why trial update has now been moved into Q1 next year (yes, I know it says Q4 21/Q1 22 but we all know what that means).

Please let me know, I am still holding but this is becoming ridiculous so trying to rationalise why I am going through this pain. Thanks!

To all of you who have survived this anguish so far- well done. No guarantees with 4D that it won't be wobbling again as until results arrive SP can go in any direction, but does seem like the pain has stopped, at least for a while.

Stay cool. If results are good ( bloody hope so) then we are laughing.

On good results biotech stocks explode. And SP tanking is down to PIs getting tired of red and believing that grass is greener elsewhere. And it is greener at the moment, but if data is good all of this changes in 24 hours. I just hope that it is, don't like delays at all.

This is depressing. We need results. But regardless of what PIs who are selling up think, considering the pipeline I believe this is one of the most undervalued stocks on LSE. Just my opinion, market clearly is the ultimate judge.
