Sangi... we did get a 'Blautix update'. Update is that company is awaiting regulatory feedback. It just wasn't an update we were hoping for (maybe a potential partnership is conditional on positive feedback?). We also received positive spin ont he Blautix data which should make the entire Blautix value prop much more appealing to partners. Again we don't know, but I don't think Blautix is dead - by any stretch.

We received confirmation late November/early December from their IR people that timelines promised are still on - but again (maybe) Omicron could have derailed that. I do want to know why there are delays, tired of guessing.

Certainly annoying but let's stick to facts and see what the company has to say about it.

If you think they are liars - you should just sell immediately and move on. If you remember, this is exactly what you advised me to do some time ago.

Otherwise, no need to just spread panic here. SP is low enough if you want to load up. Good luck.

Sangi...check the slide deck from Oct.. they said 'Preliminary Data' Q4 21.

I am also angry but let's stick to the facts.

Sangi... as you probably know not even ambulance chasers would take that on, as timelines are an indication rather than a commitment.

Also, perhaps initial forecast was that enrolment would be completed by mid-Dec with top-line type of an update by end of Dec. Then Omicron happened and completely derailed that maybe - perhaps there is a plausible reason. I really don't know.

I don't mind delays if they are justified (i.e. force majeure like Omicron outbreak affecting enrolment of critically ill patients). And maybe now they don't know when this will resume properly due to Covid so pushing the timeline to end of Q1. All BIG maybes.

But I do mind when this is not being communicated. No excuses for that, just punishing holders, that angers me.

I know 2 people who are waiting to go into 4D really heavy, they're just hoping 4D don't announce any positive news before their catalysts elsewhere materialise. So yes, it might be the mother of all bounce backs. But doesn't change the fact company is not explaining the delays and just adding petrol on fire by staying silent. Really angry about that

Failure to explain delays is what really annoys me - in a scenario where SP is melting.

Company is effectively punishing it's loyal LTHs by moving timelines without any explanation and fuelling speculation and shorter sentiment.

Very disappointing. I love the science behind 4D, I believe in it, but management are disrespecting me.

Are we now trying to work out 4D's value based on patents alone?

Is that basically assuming that ALL trials have failed? :)

Let's pause for a second and think - in my opinion we are going through a perfect storm now. Started by a distressed seller, then embraced by shorters who increased their position and finally that combination scared the hell out of PIs who decided to run for the hills. Just my opinion, but I can't really blame PIs for panicking and selling, comms from the company have not been good.

Extending Keytruda combination trial timelines and moving pancreatic cancer timelines to q1 (enrolment , while data update was promised for q4!) is certainly not helping and company needs to explain this to us. No excuses for failure to do that, this makes people extra scared into selling.

But just calculating value to IP in order to establish company value is maybe a bit too conservative.

Mumbo - I don't think their drivel has any major impact really, but they clearly do otherwise they wouldn't be coming here on a Sunday. I do have a problem with people spreading panic, stocks with a significant PI involvement do benefit from a positive sentiment.

I don't have a problem with dissenting views, do have a problem when people just say 'it'd going down to 15p' but don't explain why/how. That's trolling and spreading panic among PI... no need for that.

My entire watchlist has been in red for days now on Nasdaq so even without SO's selling we would've been going down. And clearly people think this will continue indefinitely?!? .. just FYI current mcap is £82m . That's incredible.

And other companies in this space not succeeding will be a problem for 4D, but all trials so far (and I think even Blautix one) have shown promise so people should do their DD rather than look elsewhere.

That's a bit like having an accident in Trabant and then deciding never to drive any other car ever again.

Or maybe they hit all their KPIs last week and earned them selves a Morning lie in???

It is a FACT that you are presumably not invested in 4D but still consider it necessary to find some time on a SUNDAY to come here and tell us this ship is going down and we will lose everything.

I have invested here as I believe this could be the 'Tesla of biotech' if trials continue to deliver and data (especially the Oncology pipeline) shows efficacy. I don't think people get that, this is an entirely new drug class we are talking about here. If successful it is measured in billions (not ramping here, just comparing to other TO deals etc.).

I don't mind people ramping/deramping IF they are sharing FACTS about the company. What these 'good samaritans' guys have been doing over the last couple of days was mostly unsubstantiated fear mongering and playing on retail investors' fears. Pathetic.

I like to emphasise positives of the company I've invested in on LSE as it reminds me of why I'm holding - also allows other people to challenge my views. And I am happy to be challenged, that's what this forum is for, as long as people can present facts rather than BS. Interesting how these people have taken today off, wonder if it's because stock exchange's shut?

We need the company to deliver now - strong results and investor buy-in. If it does, those who still holding basically have tickets to SpaceX. And we don't know when the news will arrive - remember, Nasdaq listing RNS surprised everyone last year and came out of nowhere.

But we are still in for a ride. . Good luck to us all.

Crl123.... when one or two people appear with a few messages between them - then maybe I can buy it's just schadenfreude. But when it's more than a couple of people and they are at it for a couple of days with apparently nothing to gain... maybe there's more to it - I just don't know. These are testing times, hope we get out of this mess soon.
We need Oncology data to come out looking good, mcap is at a ridiculously low level right now, this is in my opinion insane.

Over the last 48 hours there's been a torrent of comments from people we either never see on this board - or very rarely. This messaging has been sustained and broadly split in 2 ways...

1. Sell everything now, this company is going down...

...Or... most subtle ones go for a smarter, less obvious approach...

2. This company has potential but will go to 15 or lower and that's when I will jump in (again suggesting current holders should sell and buy in lower)

My question to these people is : why are you leaving these comments if you are not currently invested or think the company is rubbish? I suppose you are just good Samaritans?

Normally these posts give me reassurance, as I believe it means that somebody wants me to sell in order to grab my shares.

The above is just my opinion, please do your own research and due diligence. Biotech investing is probably the riskiest and you can lose your entire investment - or make multiples of your investment is trials data is solid and showing efficacy and tolerability. Look at the fundamentals as well as technicals. And no one here on this forum is an investment advisor (I certainly am not). Please use your own judgement rather than fall for various people's opinions online (a lot of people have agendas and think they can manipulate the market ).

Scrambler.... these are testing times. Hedge funds feeding off seller driving the price down, PIs scared into selling as well.

But there are also chunky buys happening in the background, someone is slowly building a position as well I think.

Might be, because we are now at a level we've enough at 18 months ago (!!!!!!). It's darkest before the dawn apparently - I do hope the dawn comes soon though, this is very bad and we need something to restore the faith

I meant it was at this level in July 2020.

OK. Last time SP was at this level was back in July. This is in my opinion absolutely insane.
