I am no scientists and no investment advisor.

To me, yesterday's call wasn't sensational..but it was more than I bargained for. It does, in my opinion, add more to the case behind 4D , and microbiome research as a whole.

We just need one good news to get investors involved and completely offset our distressed seller. GLA

On every board you have different kinds of people, different characters. SNG has possibly some of the best researched people on LSE. But yes, there are never any guarantees with biotech investments until trials data is in.
I am holding SNG, think it has all the ingredients, hopefully it delivers.

Sangi... don't want to get dragged into a SNG -related discussions as this is a 4D board. Obviosuly you should never put all your eggs in one basket but if basket is made of titanium - it's OK to put an egg or two in it.

Sang... with respect you have not done nearly as much DD on SNG as you have on 4D. That is clear.

Even though I don't agree with your hot-cold approach/attitude to sentiment towards 4D (and its management, many believe you have ulterior motives) I do appreciate the research you bring to this, 4D Pharma, board. You are clearly the best researched person on this board.

When it comes to SNG there is clearly a lot you haven't looked at (and that is fine as you are not invested there, makes sense).

You are fighting a losing battle, leave it.

Sangi, you're embarrassing yourself on the SNG board. Everyone is expecting most of the SNG001 money to arrive from stockpiling revenue (from US and EU government, for future pandemics). This is well documented.

If you think there is some orchestrated attack by those guys on 4D you're very wrong.

Those invested here for a while will remember that RNS informing us of 4D's Nasdaq listing kind of came out of nowhere. We were not expecting it really, at least not that quickly.

If we all knew with 100% that nothing, no news, would arrive before SO reduced/closed his position... we would probably all sell today and wait.

But one piece of good news is sufficient here to make this stock go nuclear. Someone (a fund) listening to the call yesterday maybe decided this morning enough is enough? Decided to buy 10% of 4D for absolute peanuts :)

You think that scenario is impossible? It's peanuts for them anyways. Just a thought, not saying this will happen as I clearly don't know. GLA

Distressed sellers don't always make great decisions. Precisely the reason they are, indeed, in distress.

Patience is needed here. In my opinion... this business I a gem. Nerves of steel are needed while various leaches are sucking on the blood of PIs.

But if 0518 data is solid... SO will soon be irrelevant. A distant memory.

The real question is: does presentation today make you doubt 4D or believe in their expertise?

Everything else is white noise.
Just my opinion, do your own due diligence before making investment decisions.

Just dropping this here as an idea.

Would be great if someone else hosted these teleconference calls.

This is not a vote of no confidence in Duncan, on the contrary I think he is a great CEO and a really good business strategists. He should just delegate this, he is not meant to be great at everything.

We are at a point where medicine is starting to understand how to unlock the potential of our immune system and help it fight diseases we currently consider incurable.

Just a reminder that before the antibiotics came along a serious bacterial infection meant patient was likely to die.

Microbiome is a brand new drug class. It potentially could be as big (if not bigger) than, for instance, antibiotics.

And based on the trials so far I don't think we are too far away from a potential breakthrough. Clearly big pharma think so to - otherwise why invest in companies like 4D and hire people responsible for Microbiome R&D and M&A functions.

We just need some positive data. Just my opinion guys, do your own DD. GLA

Sunnyca.... we just don't know whether he is simply reducing or selling out completely. Mcap currently is under 70m which in my opinion is a joke really.

One investor deciding to buy in would immediately give us a massive lift, even before the data updates news (0518, Blautix/FDA)

SO sell-off has not been great for the share price, to say the least. But there is an army if investors waiting for any kind of an indication of a reversal to pile in (I know 2 people waiting on the sidelines to go in heavy).

I heard this morning from one of the shorters here that paying some money to a cancer charity every month helps him sleep better.

Weird, not sure how that works but give it a shot, might help.

We have no way of knowing - but those are serious allegations and I personally would not think it possible.

I do believe in the integrity of the 4D management ... and also everyone is aware that SO was invested in Forte Biosciences which got into serious trouble several months ago so his selling makes sense from that perspective .

I am holding. Painful, very painful but holding. One good news is sufficient... all we need. That is my hope, and in my opinion fundamentals here have not changed.

Really hope some shorts end up coming out of this very badly. Wider market chaos is not helping us either. Stay strong everybody, GLA.

Expecting to see more and more of them...Experts who supposedly invest in 4D but don't know who the distressed seller is :) that is very lazy deramping, haven't even bothered checking 4D RNS history.

Also, they are investing in everything from mining to crypto to biotech. And trolling everywhere. Green box.
