RE: 4D market cap now below £50m9 Mar 2022 17:33
HRGGibbon... You have an issue with the BOD for not attracting more investment? Yes... we shouldn't be on an mcap of 50m... but what is your point? That DP is not a good CEO and he should go? He is not perfect for sure, but has developed this company impressively over the last several years.
You have a problem with Merck's investment being historic? They've invested twice! So what, you'd like them to be buying regularly. I.e. weekly? I think the fact they are invested is huge for 4D's credibility.
You complain 'if fundraising happened today it would be at 20% of th previous'... but it is not happening today is it? And CEO and CEO have paid £1.10. Not sure why we are even debating this.
You comment about 4D not being a football club - thanks, that's insightful. Now it all makes more sense.
To be clear: we all stand to either lose a lot of money (possibly all of our investment) or make multiples of our current holding in my opinion. I have many issues with how things have been managed over the last 6 months, mostly down to disasteous comms and not being reassuring and attracting further investment, but that doesn't mean everything is doom and gloom.
Risks here are considerable obviosuly, but if 0518 data is good then our fortunes will change very quickly
Just my opinion, good luck all genuine holders.
