RE: Financing the 4D LBP powerhouse28 Mar 2022 19:51
Duncan seems to have put an emphasis in this interview on Oxford Finance and similar vehicles to provide cash over the coming period, in my view.
Raise at these levels doesn't make any sense, and what people need to understand is that apart from PIs relentless focus on SO's offloading over the last 6 months this company has actually been increasing its intrinsic value - and dramatically.
Wdnesday's RNS is in my opinion a very significant building block in 4D's proof of concept. I am convinced that 4D's continued positive catalysts over the coming months will draw a first II to jump in, and believe sooner rather than later. The others will follow.
Remember, what biotechs do (if successful) has real value to big pharma. And they are happy to pay billions for that. And financing companies/lenders know this also. Just because PIs are more interested to talk about SO, tired of the SP slump since the summer - doesn't mean 4D's value to pharma is dropping. Data is king.
Just my opinion, not any kind of an advisor.
