Posts today that talk rubbish and mislead about the company financials.. from people who are for the first time on this board... solely with the purpose of scaring PIs into selling... am I supposed to be OK with that?
Btw... when did I say SP is going to £2 tomorrow??? That's just rubbish frankly, not sure if you meant that or I misunderstood you. I despise rampers/derampers - I am always long, never short and take pride in the company I invest in. Also, if you bothered coming here before, you'd know that I am happy to criticise the company as well and happy to hear a different point of view (providing not based on lies). Regular posters here know this.

PIs are largely Delboy traders, and it's enough for a couple of people to come here and talk BS to get them scared.

To answer your essay I will say this... last 12 months ,(certainly since last summer) were the most challenging for biotech sector/XBI. Company has gone through a perfect storm and also was riding on the back of mixed/negative sentiment following Blautix news. New CFO appointed in January after John Beck passed away. FUD clowns coming here today probably don't know that.

Also, these Delboy traders who trade mining stocks one day and then biotech the next have no idea what results on Wednesday mean. It is a very important building block in the microbiome proof of concept.

From what I can see most FUD and digs today are between people from Valirx holding a grudge against at least one regular poster here, some sort of a vendetta going on which is suddenly directed at all of us holders here?! So all of their 'expert opinion' is clearly BS, nothing about them being uninformed or indeed caring about 4D as a company.

Market is driven by shorting scum looking to make a quick buck, but I have been involved in several investment which saw shorts burn, holing the same thing happen here shortly.

Just my opinion, not an advisor.

This is ridiculous :) A bunch of illiterate cowboys came here this morning to spread FUD about something we've been knowing for ages now... that company will have to find additional money by EOY . And company last week announced successful RCC trials with Keytuda, Merck's no.1 blockbuster at the moment !!! Apparently generated north of $15bn just last year, while 4D's current mcap is $ 90m (the whole company)!!!

You can't make this stuff up :)

Shandypants2.... this is news only to those who have not done any DD on 4D.

Last year's loss is not reflective of the actual yearly cash burn, there have been additional costs. CMy understanding is that company had 15.5m on 1st Jan... with another 17.5m in two tranches from Oxford Finance (based on very achievable milestones in my opinion).

This morning was an opportunity for the market to shake out nervous PIs and various fools who invested without knowing all of the above.

Just my opinion.

PSB123.. entirely agree with you. It is sad when SP of possibly one of the most innovative Oncology (and not just Oncology) biotechs can be manipulated by a group of semiliterate PIs.

What people forget is that 4 out of 16 people have had their LIVES EXTENDED because of 0518. To come here and deramp is abhorrable.

Financial broadly inine with expected... but even though I am aware of the pipeline it is still impressive when you see it all listed with timelines and expectations. Duncan and BoD are clearly very ambitious, don't think I know any other biotech t 4D Pharma's size and stage of development with such a diverse and (so far) successful pipeline (and across different therapy areas). I don't think companies with this much quality struggle to find money, not surprised Oxford Finance wanted to get involved, and I can only assume they are not the only ones who can clearly spot an opportunity.

In my opinion all this is very impressive.
