My heart says that it would be madness if we did not win this case, and as such I am tempted to add more, but then my head reminds me that madness has abounded with this share in the past, disappointment following disappointment,....so I hesitate.

There does not appear to be much that is positive beyond a possible positive OM outcome.....does anybody have anything?

Not claiming to be any sort of expert but even I can see that if the Italian case is upheld on this basis it will be the death of all non state funded oil and gas investment within the EU. It will basically be saying an EU government can change its mind at any stage and for any reason and the company will be stuffed.

I did hold the opinion that this would either be developed or the company taken over, either of which would see an sp at a good premium to these levels, my concern now is that they will do a cash call, diluting shareholders just to get enough money to continue to pay their own wages.
