Yes 600, and no quotation to Buy as few as 1000! Would not surprise me if we get an early RNS this week - but this will continue to be hard to Buy at our prices!!

It is something you learn with experience of trading 600. There is often a pattern of Buy/Sell at certain figures and volumes that lead you to suspect that a Blue or a Red is incorrect. But - the two poles set by MMs for public consumption today are massively misleading, and no earthly reason why they have not moved the Bid up to 30p at least if real Sells are being traded consistently above that figure - as appears the case!

600 and Mad - it baffles everyone, and it is that MM speciality of non-logic, especially now when they obviously want shares as a buffer against impending orders and demand. Don't always assume that they know what they are doing and the current crazy spread is frightening away any form of trader IMHO.

with good old HL! They pinched nearly 3% in shares from my recent transfer of £14.2k - having stated in their guide to Bed & ISA trades that "you may lose a small number of shares as a result of the transaction" !! I could have sold and bought independently and done an awful lot better - but as you say 600, you live and learn!

600 - you are right to query such an odd pair of trades at such a distinctive number, as it looks like the work of the same investor, who presumably sold then bought back at exactly the same price. That is unusual within a 17 minute timeframe, and the entire day with huge volume and mighty spreads is a hard one to assess!

That frankly is a quite ridiculous spread on very high volume day when Buys massively outweighed Sells. I am not dreaming of selling, but who would want to faced with that laughable figure? MMs playing games perhaps, but 7% is an insult to anyone's intelligence.

Great to see that size of confidence ahead of news - but how on earth do they get the best price of the day for that volume? Mates Rates comes to mind, and I cannot see sub 30p for us poor mortals anymore!

I felt it was a poor trade as I ordered before the opening of business on Tuesday when the spread was only 0.40 - but got the usual jargon from HL when I pointed this out. Not a big deal in the scheme of things - but annoying to get mildly mugged as a customer of 20 years standing. I have some work to do for the 2019/20 years allowance and transfer, and will certainly follow your recommended route next time.

The identical Sell/Buy trades at 11.20 are my Bed & ISA, so avoiding the tax man cost me 1400 shares - expensive game, so I need to buy them back! Good Solid Buys afterwards with 192k acquired in just 3 trades, and still arousing interest in a quiet time for news. Roll on September and all the due updates on progress!

the forecasting game for SP and multiples - which is a wet finger in the wind practice - but happy to join the duster brigade for relaxing and allowing a reliable and competent management team to deliver the stated timelines with reasonable accuracy. Back from hols to see another nice little uplift after the LOG funding announcement - and my immediate priority is to Bed & ISA £15k of IOG, so no alarms if a Sell of that magnitude is recorded, as it will be followed by an identical Buy. This investment has become my sole focus, and whilst I am a tad late to the party for the fancy averages enjoyed by the VLTHs on this excellent board, I will continue to add to the numbers when funds allow. Nice to see you have pinched the old cap as your new call-sign!
Had to pull out of WLFE before I was totally gelded - and slowly crept back in the game via WJG, then this excellent prospect which is already showing me 40% plus from this April. Lots of genuine O & G expertise on this board, and very astute analysis of the financial fundamentals, which is refreshing after all the dross at WLFE. The MD/Chair is a highly respected City fund-raiser with a great track record, so with the pipeline in place and shedloads of gas resource in waiting at multiple sites in the North Sea, this looks very full of eastern promise. Cannot predict the best entry point as funding arrangements are nigh and we will get a degree of dilution - but the furlong pole will be Q4 2019, and we are currently sitting with a double handful.
Got an interest in some nice jumping tools for the season ahead, so will divulge when plans harden up.

It gives me no pleasure to see how disastrous the slide in SP has been under this board and management, having invested a shedload of money and research time in the Russell Clark era. I held on-site meetings and produced numerous reports on progress and problems up to early last year, when I finally accepted defeat and threw in a £120k towel. Most of the trouble can be sourced back to the original and expensive purchase of faulty Chinese processing machinery, compounded by early production problems with soft surface ore. There were a number of subsequent managerial mistakes, and the growing debt burden allied with low prices of tungsten for a long period rather finished much hope of recovery in my view. Perhaps the selfishness of the local nimbys will win the day if the operation is forced to close down - but it is a very sad situation for what was once a very promising revival of the mining industry in South Devon. GLA investors who remain here!

Can't quite match Peter Young, but followed his lead with a little top-up at 28.1 p today, as I believe this quiet spell offers a great opportunity at current prices. Great positivity in the posts on this board, coupled with in-depth knowledge of the company's progress and prospects - it is infectious and confidence-inspiring! For what it is worth, I also believe that we will be subject to swift takeover once production is in sight or actually happening, and probably by one of GG's suggested behemoths. No idea of a price level, but am sure that this board will hold out for a proper return for such a well developed and valuable asset on behalf of all stakeholders. GLA.

on the market as we move into the dog days of August, but if the "neutrals" today were Buys - and the 50k @ 29.55p almost certainly was - there is an encouraging preponderance of blue. Behind the curtain there is no doubt intense activity as the company moves towards some vital milestones regarding funding and further technical progress. Wrong to wish the time away with hols on the horizon, but am really looking forward to the expected news bulletins around September time. GLA!

What a great incentive, and eminently achievable for a man of MH's calibre. I'll bet he went "Coo" when he read it -another clever initiative for the benefit of all closely concerned, including us LTHs and general investment people. Unusual for an AIM company to be run with such clarity of purpose, and so glad to be solely and fully invested here. As yet, no RNS reported on this board!
