Many thanks mole for enlightening the debate - felt sure that the issue was bound to get some educated response on this board!
Your tactic of acquiring a good percentage of your portfolio in sustainable and green energy providers looks eminently sensible, but once again the funding of the smaller pioneer companies will be a challenge in these risk averse times in the capital provision market. Your assumption on the wind based hydrogen extraction point was correct as I read it, and the reduction in power quotient on the mix with natural gas that you exampled was another interesting point.
As you underline, our focus here will now be on the successful culmination of phase 1 of the project and the magic target of first gas later next year.
On the base subject for most investors of the SP movement, I feel that my earlier forecast of moving towards 20p by the end of this year might have been over ambitious - mainly due to the drag effect of the virus and a number of other market negatives. But the fundamentals and the positive news on working progress, allied to the crucial advantage of a reliable funding partner, will surely encourage more interest from the market as we move in to 2021? Some of us have been steadily building a position here throughout the low teens - and I am confident that we will be saying goodbye to these levels in fairly short order.
