Clearly we need the TSF, we need the port facility, we need the processing plant, we need the surface infrastructure, and to pay the owners costs. So before we mine TAM it seems pretty clear we are spending over 500m

If anything surely the Processing plant will increase given the larger amount of processing requried? Very simply as well the price of diesel going up a dollar a litre is going to materially impact the capex cost.

Well someone will be spending it and it makes the company significantly more attractive I would say having the CIPA.

Jack given the CAPEX of Warintza being 3.7 billion I think its pretty clear TAM wont be 500 million. Ok it is a much shallower open pit but even then its going to be more than 500m.

Simplistically the PFS had 267 million for the TSF. 262 million for the Process plant, 17 million for the Port facility, 293 million for surface infrastructure and 92m for owners costs. All of those will have increased. On top of that is the mine itself which was 403 for alpala alone.

Clearly based on the above to mine TAM will cost more than 500 million.

CIPA stands for Complementary Investment Protection Agreement...... not Construction.

I was thinking on this over the weekend. Maybe something that is holding it up is a renegotiation on the amount. I think its somewhat clear now we will be spending more than 3.2 billion.

So to date we have paid 0.8 million and have binned off a load of concessions. If we have to pay for the binned off ones its another 6.2 million. Figures dont add up in my mins.

To be fair ive bought shares at 40p and 6p thats a casino share. The fundamental part is that its a great asset.
