I'm looking forward to spending another 2 billion of tax payers money and our children's future on a rushed vaccine that is for an illness you have to use a test (which at 45 cycles would detect unobtanium if you wanted it to) to let you know you have it, where do I sign up?!

If nothing else it might let Boris claim victory against nature (which had already decided what is was going to do regardless) and end this lunacy. The only question then is do we go back to normal or is it all a globalist plot to reset the banking system, force drugs and tracking on the unwilling? Sooner the vaccine is available the sooner we find out I guess, so that's good, the suspense is killing me.

Talking about deaths of people who have tested positive for Covid 19 within the previous 28 days of death (even if they caught it in hospital after being hit by a car), in the 100s, 1500 people a day die in this country, let's keep it in perspective, we haven't cured old age and death yet sadly.

In 2016 and 2018 there were stories in papers about flu patients being left in hospital corridors due to over crowding, this really isn't new, the NHS is pretty terrible my modern standards. In the US the Drs are begging patients to come in fro check-ups as they need the revenue, our service want's you patched up and out as fast as humanly possible, care little for prevention and this year care even less about treatment.

The news was 2 days ago, CINE and AMC are both up 3 trading sessions (UK > US > UK) so far based on NY opening (would be the most likely thing). I'm annoyed I didn't pile in harder to AMC, I was stuck watching CINE yesterday and completely forgot about the US reaction.

Pretty sure there's been no confirmed and verifiable instance of re-infection anywhere in the world thus far, also consider 30-50% are estimated to be immune from cross t-cell immunity due to previous infections with other viruses, even if you don't have antibodies floating around your body doesn't forget how to make them when needed.

Might help people feel more confident to go out but then again once the truth comes out (or heaven forbid it causes children to have narcolepsy like last time we tried this insanity) the added pessimism could be immense, thankfully I believe the virus will itself burn out soon regardless of our interventions. Sweden have already proved this to be so, everyone else is just standing int he way of common sense.

I really do doubt it came from there, people in my office were sick before Christmas and were being told, oh it's probably this but we can't tell really. Everyone who was ill was coughing constantly, I remember exclaiming, what on earth is going on here everyone sounds awful.

You understand that these vaccines aren't designed to give anyone immunity right? This lot will be considered a success if they reduce symptoms, you are waiting for an aspirin basically, it's all 1 big con. Flu has a vaccine and in the UK it is out-killing Cov by 10x now. Best we can hope for is everyone contracts it quickly and get on with life, the alternative doesn't bare thinking about.

The world has gone stark raving mad over the flu, a 'vaccine being here soon' is an easy lay-up considering the trial sucess parameters, one that protects people something completely different.

I'm just upset that I never thought they would get away with this, that the truth would out and common sense would prevail, next time my investment choices will be focused on what's the most screwed up things can get rather than what should happen in a balanced and sensible world.

I suspect if you were to put 5 black people in a room they wouldn't all have the same experience and viewpoints either, diversity of skill is all that matters in a competitive field, not colour, or orientation, to claim anything else is frankly ludicrous and probably racist.

It will not be on results or a vaccine, the flu which has a vaccine and has had to infect people leaving a trains' width between them and strangers, whilst wearing masks, for weeks, is out killing covid 10-1.
